Spacious three-bedroom home with soaring ceilings, a kitchen island with top-tier Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances (gas and electric stove, convection and microwave ovens), a modern wet bar, and a wine rack.

Sleeping
Three bedrooms with queen beds (one bedroom has two queens), plus two queen sleeper sofas — room for the whole crew. The AC runs on Nest smart control — please keep all doors closed behind you so it doesn't switch into Eco mode.

Outdoors
Wonderfully landscaped, fully private backyard with a swimming pool, hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, patio dining, and outdoor games. For your security, two exterior ADT cameras watch the front and the pool area.

All prices include every fee. No hidden charges. Pool heating is available for $200/day.

This is the perfect spot! Very friendly and great house! A short drive from any place you’ll want to be in Houston. Mr. Alex was a great host who is very proactive to ensure you’re comfortable and informed for your stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time taking it easy on the back patio and just relaxing in the swimming pool…it made it tough to leave! We will be back on our next visit!

We didn’t arrive until 10:30pm but the host still met us to make sure we knew where everything was and how to use everything. He was very accommodating

Initially my only complaint after check in (there really isn't a check in, he just leaves the door unlocked so anyone can walk in) was that guests are not able to access the ac control. So if you are one of those people who freeze in restaurants, take winter clothes. If I could have gotten a refund after the 3rd time Alexander (twice by vrbo message, the third time was by phone call because he "just needed to hear my voice") asked how many guests were in my party, thats what I would have done. I told him in my reservation that I was coming to town for my sons birthday and Alexander turned it into an "event".We had planned on having a lazy day on Wednesday, just cooking good food and being lazy around the pool. Alexander called, said the wifi wasn't working, unplug the router, then he hung up on me. Called back as I was changing to get into the pool, and I didn't answer. Called back a third, speaking over me, demanding to speak to my son because he "could explain it better to him" kept talking over me until I just stopped speaking. He stated he was "on his way over" and hung on me again. He completely ruined our day. I was uncomfortable being there when he was so we changed and spent the day in Houston instead. I incorrectly assumed that he would call again after he was finished, but he did not. I have no idea if he even actually came.The house needs a good deep clean. The mold on the shower is pretty disgusting.I could go on but I am out of characters.

The pool was very cold and smaller than what it shows, along with the trees in the backyard wasn't as green as seen. The host was polite and the property was nice it was just sooo hot, we put fans on in every room and we came back that night and it was still hot.

We had an amazing stay!! It had everything we needed. Everyone throughly enjoyed the house- especially the pool! The host was wonderful and very responsive. Will stay here again- 10 out of 10!

Each bedroom has Queen size bed with its own WiFi connection.

Outside gas and charcoal grills. Wonderfully landscaped backyard with lighted swimming pool. The property is totally private. Great grill. Truly luxurious.
You are only a short drive from great Museum District with Rothko Chapel near by, Theater District with great Alley Theater and Houston Symphony and Ballet Companies, NASA is a bit further but certainly is worth the trip. And of course kids would love Kemah and Galveston with Schlitterbahn and great fun at the sea.
