65" Smart TV with full cable lineup in the living room and TV's with full cable lineup in the bedrooms. We also put in 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom (instead of 2 doubles).



This is a wonderful OCEANFRONT 2 bedroom condo located in the South Tower of Seawatch. The condo has a large wrap around balcony with lots of extra windows to view the beach and the ocean. Beautiful!



Seawatch is a wonderful Oceanfront resort located in the Arcadian section of Myrtle Beach, SC. The resort has 5 outdoor pools, 2 Indoor pools, 1 indoor children’s pool, 2 Lazy Rivers, 11 Whirlpools. There is also an on site restaurant.

There is a work-out room in the North Tower.



Located only minutes from the Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, Myrtle Beach's famed Restaurant Row and more, Sea Watch is set conveniently among Myrtle Beach, South Carolina's most popular attractions.



This is also a great resort in the winter…golf, shopping, shows, indoor pools and hot tubs to enjoy! Also, a variety of daily activities offered to kids and adults. Bingo is always a favorite!



The condo sleeps 8: Master with king bed, second bedroom with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer.



There is free wireless internet in the unit. The password will be provided.



All linens and towels are included in the price.



I must receive a copy of driver’s license and signed rental agreement. I will e-mail the one page rental.



NO smoking in unit or balcony, NO Pets, NO renter under the age of 25.



Motorcycles and Trailers will not be permitted on resort property between April 1st and September 30th.

Check in was a breeze, listing description was spot on. We had everything we need from the moment we checked in. Everything was easily accessible and the view of the beach was amazing! Mary was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and this unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. Had awesome views of the ocean and resort and our favorite was the sunrise view each morning. I know it is low season, but it was very quiet on the resort. Mary & Frank were great host and quickly answered any questions we had pretty quickly. We hope to return in the future and highly recommend their unit.

Beautiful beachfront condo

This is our second stay at this wonderful condo and we already look forward to returning. The perfect location, excellent hosts, beautifully appointed interior, quiet area near all the restaurants and activities we love have made us fall in love with this rental!

Wonderful Winter getaway…

We had such a wonderful time! Myrtle Beach in the Winter was fun and very relaxing. Mary’s condo was so nice, clean and updated! We appreciated our stay and will definitely rebook another stay!!

The property was very clean and updated. Location of property is ideal. The host even allowed us to use her beach chairs. The condo was ready ahead of schedule so we were able to check in earlier than 4.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything was spotless and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked. The balcony provided a beautiful direct view of the ocean. Seawatch is a wonderful location with easy driving to many attractions and stores. We would highly recommend this condo!

Great Condo/Great Location

Great location, 2 bed / 2 bathroom was perfect, we also rented this owner's other condo as well and it was equally as nice. Seawatch is a nice complex with several pools and close to the beach, I would definiately stay in this condo again the next time we come back to Myrtle Beach.

Great condo!

My husband and I enjoyed this clean, roomy, centrally located condo with a direct beach view and balcony. The owner, Mary was very responsive. We will choose this condo again when we visit North Myrtle Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into comfort and details. The rocking chairs on the balcony and the views were our favorite parts of the trip.The fireplace was such a great touch. We used it for ambience even in August, and the heating function seems like it would be perfect for winter stays.The TVs in all the rooms were excellent. They were large, crystal clear, and full Smart TVs, so we could easily sign into our streaming accounts. Laminated TV listings in each room were also a nice touch.The sliding door to the balcony was quiet and easy to close and the front door did not slam, which we loved. Both of these things are never guaranteed at SeaWatch.Everything felt clean and well cared for. The sheets smelled fresh, the furniture had good support, lots of plush towels and makeup cloths in the bathrooms, and the mattresses were super comfortable. Appliances were in great shape and looked relatively new.Communication with the owner was outstanding. She responded quickly and clearly every time, and it made the whole process so easy. We also appreciated being able to go straight to the unit without having to stop anywhere first.Overall, this was one of the best stays we have had in Myrtle Beach, and the view was fantastic. We would happily stay here again.

Weekend with my BFF

This condo was an amazing choice for a long weekend getaway with my BFF! The cleanliness was stellar which is a must. The view is nothing short of amazing. The location is also great as it is very close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Excellent accommodations!

Perfect Getaway Vacation

My wife and our son stayed at this resort for the first time and definitely plan on returning on future vacations. Well kept facility and many pools to choose from. The facility felt safe to us. It’s near Apache Pier so it was convenient to go fishing there. It’s also close to the great restaurants and shows we always look forward to.

Perfect Accommodations

Located on the 9th floor of the south tower at the "Sea Watch" resort, this well-appointed and immaculate unit faces the ocean and offers breathtaking views of the beach and resort pools. Everything was exactly as described in the VRBO listing. Definitely recommend this listing. Plan to stay again when we visit next year.

Everything about this condo and property was excellent! The condo was extremely clean! The property was well-maintained and in a great location. The oceanfront view and balcony space were perfect. I liked how this condo faced East. The hot afternoon sun didn't force you to close the blinds to keep the condo cool. I would recommend this condo, and plan to book it again.
