This spectacular PENTHOUSE is a fully furnished CORNER UNIT double balcony 3 bedroom / 3 full bath condo located on the top floor in the North Tower at Sea Watch. It features flat-screen LCD TVs in every bedroom and living room, free fast wireless internet, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and best of all - this is a corner unit that has INCREDIBLE 180-degree views of the ocean! Enjoy your coffee in the morning from the main bedroom or from the table while you watch the sunrise. Your vacation awaits you!

PARKING: Motorcycles, trailers, campers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not allowed at this rental property. Free parking is limited to 2 vehicles and the parking pass must be displayed in the window at all times. There are no refunds for parking restrictions at this rental property during your stay.

WEATHER: There are no refunds for inclement weather unless evacuation is ordered. In the event of such an evacuation order, the renter is still financially responsible for all rental days that the evacuation does not cover. For example, if an evacuation is ordered for the fourth day of your visit, you are still responsible for the other 3 days of your one-week rental (regardless of weather conditions). If you have any concerns regarding this policy, it is strongly recommended that you purchase vacation trip insurance from a third-party provider that would cover the costs under these conditions.

This was our 6th year at Seawatch and our favorite place we have stayed in. Everything was perfectly clean. Host was very fast to reply to anything prior to arrival and during our stay. We were even able to check in a few hours early. I highly suggest staying here!!

Everything was as advertised! We enjoyed our stay. Owner is prompt to respond to any questions or needs! Checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this unit yes for the cleanliness, location etc but even more so due to the attentiveness of the owner Mike!

July Family Getaway

We had a great time staying here. There was plenty to do at the resort for the whole family whether you wanted to socialize at the pool or relax on the beach. The place came with beach essentials which was nice and the view is spectacular.

Perfect Condo to view the Beauty God created.

Wonderful stay with family - 3 generations. Owner thought of everything to provide a comfortable, safe and clean stay at the beach. Highly recommend this Condo.

Amazing view and great location

Enjoyed a long stay. Up every morning to watch the sunrise from the comfort of the couch. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and the beach is an elevator ride away. The owner was excellent to work with.

The perfect getaway

This is our 4th time staying at the SeaWatch but 1st time in this unit. This unit has everything you need to enjoy the beach and your time away. Very clean, very comfortable, perfect location. Would love to stay again!

Great Condo. Awesome view!

The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a great vacation. Nice location, the beds are comfortable, large windows and glass sliding doors provide awesome views from inside the condo. The host (Mike) is excellent and very accomodating. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony. We highly recommend!

Perfect place for families. From fluffy floor pillows for the kids to high end appliances in the kitchen, this condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Cozy seating in the living room and the wall to wall windows allowed us to enjoy the ocean 24 hrs a day. The owners responded within minutes to answer our questions before and during our stay. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Great stay!

Convenient, clean and comfortable place to stay. One of the pools, hot tubs and a lazy river was inaccessible due to construction/repair, but there are many others to enjoy at this resort. Easy access to the beach. Close to the great places Myrtle Beach has to offer as well a Walmart and the Outlets were about 5 min away. Felt very much like a home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality, Mike!

Myrtle Beach

Great place and beautiful location. My wife enjoyed the sunrise every morning. Mike was very accommodating and had many amenities for us to use, including beach chairs and towels. The place was clean and Mike contacted me earlier on our day of check in at 1:30 to tell us the room was ready, which my family and I appreciated. When we are back in Myrtle Beach, this is where we hope to stay again. Thank you Mike for a great week of hospitality.
