We greatly enjoyed our stay here in Destin! The host had everything we needed and it the VRBO rental was right around the corner from several eateries! It was in a good location and I felt very comfortable. The small washer and dryer in the unit was great as well since we didn't need to worry about going anywhere to wash our clothes. The pond behind the rental was very pretty to look at and the pools were very nice to swim in too!

The just is very friendly and informative…I would definitely recommend this place for friends and family in the future. The place was on point and clean, more nicer than the pictures .

We had a nice stay here for my daughter’s soccer tournament. It is located close to everything and the host was very responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. This home is very central to a lot of shopping and entertainment. The bunk beds were a little small for my adult children and there is no air circulation in that small room. Otherwise, it was an ideal spot for our short getaway. I recommend grabbing some lettuce and feeding the turtles in the pond!

An absolute 5- stars experience! The space was spotless, exactly as the description, and incredibly comfortable. Alyssa was a fantastic communicator and provided everything we needed for a stress- free stay. I especially loved the walkable location. Highly recommended!

I loved our stay here!!! It was my husband and I, my mother in law, our 2 kids and my nephew. There was plenty of room for all of us and the 2 bathrooms came in handy. The place was clean, I loved the modern fireplace and other commodities. SO conveniently close to so many attractions. Would definitely stay again!!! Thank you Alissa.

No central AC, every time we use the microwave it would blow fuses, floor is leading out to sliding glass door very sloped. Looks like they endured some water damage from one of the storms. Other than that, I’d rate an average.

Great Stay in Destin

Excellent place to stay in Destin for our first trip. Easy access to Route 98. We rented a golf cart and could make it most anywhere we needed including the beach. Excellent communication with host. Thank you!

Our family had a fantastic stay in Destin! The property was exactly as described and looked more impressive in person. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, which made everything super convenient for our family. The condo and location worked great with our 5 year old! We definitely felt safe and comfortable as a family staying there.Communication with Alissa was excellent from start to finish. She was quick to respond, helpful with any questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Check in was simple and she provided great instructions and info on the area! Our son loves pizza and wings which Alissa suggested Merlin’s pizza just a couple of minutes away and we ate it twice because it was so good! Calling Alissa a great host is an understatement, she definitely went above and beyond for us. We truly enjoyed our time here and will absolutely stay again when we come back to Destin. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot in Destin!

Light House Haven loves the touches of blues and greys.

Place as pictured relaxing and quiet. Loved the lake out back it’s peaceful at night. Has a bowel for you to leave a treasure and a book to write about your experience I thought that was unique.

My family trip in Destin

The best choice for a family. Quite neighborhood, clean apartment and well equipped. Close to everything, ice cream, restaurants, arcade and beaches. Alissa is an amazing manager, we had a small issue and she greatly fixed it.

Great little place and area in Destin. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we needed to extend our stay twice. The Deckers were more than accommodating to our needs and the expense of their needs while in town. Absolutely no complaints.

Great communication!

Very nice property. Super easy check-in. Great communication with owner. Nice view of the lake out the door. Plenty of parking. Recently remodeled with big screen TV's and electric fireplace.

Spring break!!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was nice and clean. The property manager was awesome. She message back with quickness, and her communication skills were amazing. I will be visiting again. 10 out of 10 service.

Evacuating Hurricane Helene

We were in the cone for a couple days of Hurricane Helene, we made the last minute decision to evacuate. We have never evacuated in all my 42 years from the forgotten coast. Alyssa, was a wonderful host and was very communicative with me and understood our urgency to get to safety. Her cozy apartment in beautiful Destin provided safety for my family. Forever grateful.
