Very nice layout of the unit. Fantastic shower and w/d were handy. Snack and drinks are a nice addition. Too warm out to use the outside area but that would be great to use during the stay.It would be Handy in the future to know the back unit was reserved to discuss parking. We would reserve this location again.

The house needs a through deep clean. The shower door was very streaked and had a film on it. There was a wet pan with food still in it. A dirty coffee cup was under the kurig. The bathroom sink and back spash were splattered with toothpaste. We did contact the host and she sent a house keeper out right away. After she left we noticed other issues like tops of trash cans were dirty. TV screens were streaked. Bathroom carpets were dirty. There was lotion on a bed side lamp. The stove had a grease film on top.

Quaint House

The house was a nice little place to stay. However, it was not in the best of neighborhoods. Higher crime rate than advertised. The host communicated with me often before we arrived and was pleasant and kind. At the same time, when on vacation I try to stay away from technology and received the checking out directions the day before I left and did not see the email until after I checked out. The host should leave specific directions at the property. Bedrooms and house was clean. Yet, my bedsheets had a prior stain. There were not any dish towels. The host was thoughful to leave k-cups, honey and other staples next to the coffee maker. Overall it was a nice stay and met our needs. Thank you.

We appreciate the opportunity to host your stay. I’m afraid you’re incorrect. Most homeowners on this street have lived there for decades. Several retired. Please see other reviews on this property.

Helpful things to improve future stays

There weren’t any hand towels for the bathroom or any place to hang them on. The property is listed as sleeping six, there is not silverware for six people. The silverware that is there appears to be for children not adults. There isn’t cookware to cook for a family. There isn’t proper utensils to cook at all. There really should be basic amenities in the kitchen. Including messing cups spoons and bowls. When we got in the kitchen sink hand a residue and the bathroom sink had the same residue. When we swept the floors we swept up lots of light pet hair and we didn’t have a pet. The back bedroom has a light that shines on it from the neighbors house and the vertical blinds do not cover it and the sheer drapes do not block the light from coming in. I hope these recommendations help you to improve the comfort of your future guests

We appreciate feedback and are always improving, however, some of your feedback is inaccurate. We do have sleeping as outlined 2 per room in the description. There is a full cook wear set and utensils. The curtains are blackout in one room and others are not of sheer materiel. The residue you mentioned was comet with bleach which we are no longer using in sinks. We do strive to continue to improve our services.
