This house was exactly what we needed! My husband and I did lots of hiking, biking and eating. We were close to everything. Our mornings and evenings were nice and comfy at the house. Definitely hope to return.

The Kirkmont home is spotlessly clean, Very well equipped including a wonderful coffee bar. Check in and communication was great. One of the best vrbo's we have stayed! We enjoyed Yellow Springs, Clifton Mills and the Frank Lloyd Wright home in Springfield. There is lots of hiking and little to no traffic. Highly recommend!!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware and dishes. The host was very responsive to messages. If we are in the area again, we will 100% stay here.

Very nice home

We had a lovely stay. The house is clean, roomy, and as described both by the owners and previous reviews. We had a relaxing stay. The only caution is it’s located right by the road coming into town so there is some road noise early in the matter. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy and Peaceful!

What a beautiful home to stay in while visiting my daughters at Cedarville! The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need, very organized and decorated so nicely. We will definitely look to book here again in the future!

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Probably the cleanest, most updated, beautifully decorated, furnished, and accessorized VRBO home we have ever been in. Everything was perfect for our 3-day visit with our granddaughter at Cedarville University.

Delightful, charming

In town for Easter with college daughters at Cedarville. Cozy house just right for weekend visit. Comfortable. Everything felt soft and smelled good! Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location. Quiet and peaceful.

Book it.

Mini family reunion. We spent most of our time in Jamestown and Wilmington - both quick and easy to get to. Even if you’re trying to get to Xenia, this house is worth the extra little drive. Very well maintained and the most comfortable soft bed. Can’t think of anything bad about this property. AC/Tvs/Appliances all worked well. Honestly, the only thing I can say is that I got mad 1 day because there were no pens anywhere. Jk, wasn’t mad at all, but thought it was funny because this house literally has EVERYTHING - except I couldn’t find a pen anywhere haha. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at Kirkmont Place for nearly two weeks while we were in town to receive training and a service dog for our daughter at 4 Paws for Ability. The house was super clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need including laundry, a highchair and pack-n-play, toys and games and more. The host was super communicative, very helpful and had clearly thought through anything a guest might need. We would absolutely stay here again!
