The unit was cute and close to everything. You can hear every step from the people above, and the backyard area is shared with two other houses with one having an unleaded dog so hanging out in the backyard is a little uncomfortable. Other than that the place had everything we needed and we would be back.

The property is charming and accurately represented in the listing. While the unit was generally clean, there were noticeable cobwebs that should have been addressed. I could also hear the occupants in the upstairs unit walking around early each morning, which may be a concern for light sleepers.The nightly rate was great, but the host fees felt pricey. The cleaning fee is a bit pricey for a unit of this size, particularly given the missed cleaning details.

Check in was easy, we had no problems getting in with information provided. Place was clean and well stocked. Great location, was a little apprehensive about neighborhood but it was quiet, easy to get around and had no problems. Enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Very clean, cute house. Loved the decorations and the neighborhood is quite nice. We walked from the house to the CPKC Stadium to watch soccer... easy walk. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Cozy and convenient

The place was immaculate and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I was in town for a few days on my way home and the convenience of this location gave me easy access to the city

It's a very cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and inviting. They're were no problems finding street parking. I'd definitely stay there again.

This property was absolutely adorable! The check in was seamless and easy as can be. We had everything we needed and was close to all the things we wanted to do during our stay. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Clean, cute, and close

The property and decor was so cute and made the place feel so homey. It was pretty much 5-10 minutes from everything we wanted to do! We felt safe and comfortable.

Would definitely stay again

The house was very clean and it felt like I was home. The neighborhood was clean, safe an quiet. We had a great 9 year Anniversary and we would recommend this home for a nice getaway

Big 12 Tournament Bound!

Property was perfect, looked just as advertised. Space is large and comfortable. Plenty of room of the Bathroom, Bed was comfortable! Great location for activities downtown!

We had a fantastic weekend loved our stay the place had everything we needed and more. The host went above and beyond with a digital handbook that had everything we need to visit the city for our first time something I wish was in every place. Thanks for a great stay

We appreciated being close to trolly, freeway access and other attractions. The precise neighborhood itself isn't much of a destination, nor walkable. The unit and the location can be noisy, take note if you are sensitive to city noises, or sounds from an upstairs resident. The unit has lots of supplies and extras, which we appreciated. Comfortable and clean. We would stay here again if a return trip to KC ever comes up.

We loved this property! It’s very cute. Had everything we needed. And was close to so many wonderful places to visit while in Kansas City. It’s on a quiet street. No parking problems at all. Check-in and checking out were all very simple.

Short stay for a conference

This was a wonderful place for staying a couple of days. It was a short uber ride away from downtown where the conference was. The unit had everything I needed and it was a welcoming environment. The best part was the decor! absolutely amazing. Would reccomend.

Comfortable and quiet neighborhood with lots of history. The wall decals could use a touch up as could the floors. But overall had everything I needed.

Columbus Park Revisit

Very cute property in walking distance to river market. Love the way it has been decorated, has a nice, cozy feel. Time didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoor spaces but we plan to return soon to take advantage of yard space with fire pit💖

Just what we needed!

This attractive rental was immaculately clean and perfectly located for our needs. Only minutes from downtown Kansas City and the city market area. It was fully stocked and has a completely modern kitchen. Parking is on the street, but we never had any difficulty finding a spot. The host responded to every request within minutes. Would love to stay here again.
