We had a wonderful stay. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is more spacious than it appears in the pictures. Location is a nice quiet neighborhood and close to all the activities we had planned. Highly recommend for a great stay in Kansas City.

Stayed 2 weeks traveling for work. The place was clean and comfortable. Nice porch to relax on with some views of the city. Tamika was a great host, checked on us often and was there if we needed anything. I would recommend staying here.

Loved our long weekend in KC - this property was conveniently located near all the art museums, upscale shopping, and the streetcar, making it easy to get downtown without the hassle of parking. Would stay here again!

This was a great find. The location is central and convenient, the hosts were friendly and quick to respond, and the apartment was really nice. There were lots of nice little touches around the place and it was private and quiet. There is no question that we will try and stay here whenever we return to Kansas City.

Very clean. Thoughtful details. The place is a lot bigger in person than what the photos make it look so that was awesome. Loved the off street parking. The neighborhood was quiet with a handful of good restaurants and attractions like the Nelson-Atkin Museum all within walking distance.The hosts were very kind. There's not a single thing I would change about this place it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

I was visiting my daughter at UMKC and this property was just a mile from there. It was a perfect location to get to the college, the Plaza, and the Nelson Atkins Museum. This third floor apartment has been tastefully restored and decorated. My daughter and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment had everything we needed and was stylish. The location was perfect as there were numerous things to do close to the apartment. The neighborhood was quiet and we had zero complaints. Definitely a great stay!

Tami and Ryan were fantastic hosts! The apartment was spotlessly clean and had many amenities (heated towel rack in the bathroom!) that made the stay even more enjoyable. Response time was impressively fast, too! Tami was even able to supply a popcorn popper for us! The stay could not have been more enjoyable! Thank you, Tami and Ryan!
