Quiet and clean

Very clean, lovely little cottage in a quiet area. This is the perfect place for when I visit family in the area so I can bring my dog.

Cottage stay

We had a great experience! We were headed back home to Arkansas for the holidays from North Carolina and needed a place to stay about halfway that was dog friendly. This was a great spot and our girls loved the fenced in yard to get some energy out after being in the car all day. There was a cute fire pit that we would have used if we stayed longer! The home had nice updated features with clear instructions. Would stay again.

Great Stay in Tennessee

This was a lovely house in Tennessee that was very clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. We would be happy to stay here again next time we’re in Tennessee.

Always a pleasure

House is always spotless. Super Host left lights on and heat on because we were arriving after dark on a cold night. I had questions about operating the heating system and our Host was quick to respond. It has become our TN country home.

We enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Cottage! Spotless& very well equipped if you would want to cook or just make coffee.Never thought of anything that I could have wanted that was not available.No comparison to staying at a hotel.Thank you!

Lovely Place

This is a lovely cottage with modern touches. We enjoyed the seating area outside, where birds were feeding under the magnolia tree, and we enjoyed a movie on the big screen afterwards. The house was clean and had all we needed. The host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this cottage.

A little slice of heaven!

This is the second time I have stayed at Magnolia cottage, and I absolutely love it! It is so cute and well apportioned with everything you need down to the last detail. Jasmine is a delight to work with as host, and I will always return year after year.

Magnolia Cottage.

While on our way home from North Carolina to Texas we stayed at Magnolia Cottage. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to get ready for another days travel. The ability to have Netflix to watch was an added benefit. We will definitely like to stay here when we are in this area.

Amazing stay with Rebel Devil Coonhound

I wanted to take my only son away, just the 2 of us, to celebrate his 12th birthday! doesn’t get nearly as much love and sweet time with Mum as he should at home because he has 2 lovable, but rather psycho sisters who are always in his business. Excited when I found BringFido, which lists places that allow pets. I was hoping to find somewhere that was less than an hour away from Franklin, TN, a little rustic kind of place, in a picturesque setting and a fenced yard. Where we could relax in nature. Enter Magnolia Cottage. It was perfect. Except … Rebel was outside the weight restriction, so I contacted the host, Jasmine to see if he was ok. As someone else who has Three Dog Night’s every night, she not only gave Rebel the thumbs up 👍, she left the sweetest and beautifully worded Birthday card AND a prezzie of jerky treats! I did have some difficulty finding the Rebel got to be a dog all by himself, nobody bothering you when you eat, and Mum all to himself. The yard is full of shade trees, and in the large, fenced area, and particularly loved the rustling of leaves as we walked around. I also wanted him to be a good doggie guest, so we try to pick up and clean up after ourselves. Make it not quite as obvious a dog has been there. lol Would absolutely return here! There is a great booklet about the place on the bar when you arrive. The only part that I had some difficulty understanding was how to use the projector, but I am technically challenged.

Gorgeous property!

The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, and the place was super cozy and comfy! Loved the projector (and the signs/instructions for the remotes, I'm so bad with remote controls so it was super helpful lol)

Great Little Getaway.

We love the Franklin Nashville area and my husband loves to look for fishing streams so we saw this little place and booked it. We have never stayed in a cleaner place. Everything was comfortable. The bed was very comfy and I am picky about sheets! Hate the slinky thin ones on plastic wrapped mattresses! This was nice. Pillows too. Host was great! We will be returning!

Private, Quiet, Getaway

Perfect place to stay while traveling with dogs! My husband and our two dogs are traveling across the country while relocating and have been utilizing VRBOs along the way. This property is wonderful! It has great AC and WIFI and beautiful surroundings! PLUS the huge fenced in yard with a doggy door can’t be beat!!

Great times in a little hideaway

The property was exactly as described with all of the coziness of home on the road. The owner was very helpful from our initial booking through the whole trip. Lost internet due to storms and the owner responded immediately on how to reconnect. I definitely would have loved to enjoy the quietness and nature of the yard if I had more time to relax. Staying here is on our list for our next trip to Nashville! Sure beats the hotel pricing!

Everything You Need!

With a giant Magnolia tree out front, fenced in yard and well thought out amenities, you will certainly enjoy your stay here! Side porch, firepit and peace and quiet will certainly be appreciated! Clean and organized inside with smooth and simple check in! Wonderful place!
