Just a 5 min walk from Front Street, this luxury unit has everything you need to experience the perfect get-away trip to Traverse City, Michigan. Conveniently located in the heart of Old Town- this apartment is a walker's paradise. It's close to shopping, the beach, theaters, and TONS of bars and restaurants, making it perfect for singles, couples, and small families to explore year-round.

Our unit is light & bright year-round and located on the 3rd floor.

OUR SPACE:
This immaculate one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo boasts a fully-equipped kitchen (including staple items such as spices, olive oil, and multiple coffee options for quiet mornings), a comfortable and relaxing living space with a pull-out couch (full size) and an electric fireplace & TV for streaming your favorite shows after a day of exploring. The spacious bedroom with the most comfortable king sized bed and a spa-like bathroom (complete with organic products) complete the unit.

We believe in using natural and sustainable cleaning products to create a safe living environment for our guests. We opt for eco-friendly products whenever possible to ensure we are minimizing our impact.

Good for an overnight visiting friends

We used to live in NW Michigan and the price, location, and area fit our needs we'll. The rooms were clean, and the accommodations were better than a similarly priced hotel.

Long weekend in TC

This was a wonderful property for our long weekend getaway. It was extremely clean and has been thoughtfully set up for ease and comfort in mind for the guest. We weren’t sure we would get a parking spot, in the back lot, but one quickly became available. We were able to walk all over downtown from here and felt comfortable and safe doing so. We would highly recommend this property and will stay again, in the future. Thank you for a great trip!

Great condo and location!

We really enjoyed our stay for a last minute getaway! The condo is so clean, and the decor is tasteful and relaxing. Kimberly is an excellent communicator and quick to take care of whatever you need. We've stayed at several places in this complex, and this is definitely the best! We are looking forward to returning!

Great weekend away!

The property was clean, well managed and well stocked. It had everything we needed and some extra treats (and practical, healthy items) as well. We enjoyed the space and had a great time together as a family!

Perfect Walkable Weekend Anniversary Getaway

Kimberly was a phenomenal host, her descriptions, attentiveness and our overall experience was top notch. The property is perfect for a quick walk to Front Street and the waterfront in general. It was quiet, safe, very clean and one of the best VRBO's we have stayed in to date!

Great weekend in Traverse City

The property was exactly as advertised. Super clean and well maintained and stocked. Everthing worked perfectly. Also it was pleasantly quiet for a condominium property. My wife and I enjoyed the location and easy access to restaurants and shopping. I would definitley recommend this property to family and friends. Thank you Kimberly and Ray!!

Clean/organized/great location

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to tour the peninsulas. It was a great central location. As we entered we were greated with a welcome basket of treats. The condo was so clean and organized. The decor was very up to date and welcoming. We also enjoyed being able to walk downtown to all the shops, restaurants, and waterfront. We would stay again for sure.

Clean, comfy, close

The rental was immaculately clean. The place was super comfortable and it was close to Front St. and the lakefront. We couldn’t have been happier with the host and the timely response to all of our questions and requests. Will likely look to stay again!

Wonderful home and location

The condo was decorated beautifully. It has anything you could want. We both loved the espresso maker and the owners supplied the espresso. We will definitely stay there again. Easy to walk downtown and to the Boardman River. We had a blast. There is so much to do in Traverse City. We sailed, fished, toured wineries and went to sleeping bear dune national park.

First Trip to TC

This apartment was everything we were looking for and more. 5 min walk into town, 10 min drive from the airport, and 10-15 minute drive up to the peninsula (Vineyards, restaurants, boating, etc). It was clean, VERY comfortable bed, and the host were great. We will definitely stay here again.

Best place to stay in TC!

We had such a lovely stay this past weekend. The location of this is really perfect. We loved walking to the beach, shops, and restaurants. There were so many within 5 min walk. We went to a winery nearby as well as the sleeping bear dunes national lakeshore. This was the perfect little home for our trip and we couldn't recommend it more. The amenities are so nice and clean. The bed is super comfy. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Quick Summer Trip

We came to Traverae City for a quick 3 day trip with the family, we have 2 boys and the place was very clean, great location, walking distance to bars, restaurants, parks, and pretty much all that traverse city has to offer. The apartment was spacious and easy to check in/check out. Love this spot will definitely come back!

3rd Floor Condo near Downtown

Unit was a 7 minute walk to downtown Traverse and all it has to offer. Condo was pristine, and hosts provided detailed instructions for any questions you might have during your stay. Bathroom was spacious, great shower. King bed was comfortable. We will come back again.

Weekend Getaway

Condo is exactly as described. Nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. Great location wether walking a few blocks to downtown or access to several nice bar / resteraunts within a block or two. Great stay!

Wonderful first experience.

Location was great for walking around downtown. Close to all our favorite spots in town. Property itself was great top to bottom and host was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend and were already planning our next trip back here

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway!

Kimberly's place is even better than advertised. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everything is easy to locate and marked accordingly in the space. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet. The condo is in a great location- very close to everything in Downtown TC but far enough away to be able to unwind at the end of the day. We enjoyed being close to our dinner reservations and not having to drive. Kimberly responded quickly to our messages and check in was a breeze. We look forward to booking this condo again the next time we are in town.

This property is the best place we’ve stayed while visiting the Traverse City area! And we’ve stayed in a lot of places over the years. Quiet, affordable, perfect location for walking downtown and to the marina area. Super clean everywhere! Kimberly was terrific at communicating with me. She was also very thoughtful… snacks for us, asked if we needed info for groceries delivered or reservations for a restaurant. Comfy bed, large plush white towels, great kitchen area, comfy clean living room area, decorated well, cozy electric fireplace, spacious bathroom! Plenty of body wash, shampoo and condition in pretty dispensers. We’d definitely stay here again if available on our next visit. Everything just felt fresh. Highly recommend!

Winter Get Away

We have been going to TC for several years, we were very pleased with this condo. Location was great, walking distance to downtown area on Front street. The condo was comfortable, very clean and well stocked. No issue with parking. Communication with Kimberly was great. Unfortunately, no snow but we enjoyed hiking, visiting the wineries and delicious meals in town. We will be back!

I have a background in Dietetics which makes sense as I love healthy living, trying different foods, cooking, etc. Traverse City was the perfect place to buy a second home because of the great restaurants and wine local to the area.
