The space was perfect for a weekend getaway. With everything within walking distance, it made our stay easy and very relaxing once we were back at the unit for the night.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was just as presented and more; one of the most comfortable places we have visited. It is located within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The hosts were attentive and friendly.

Great location and very nice condo that was furnished and supplied very nice. We cooked a couple of evening meals and the kitchen had everything we needed.Restaurants, breweries and a grocery store within walking distance as well as a pharmacy that is locally owned.Great weather and miles of trails to be explored on foot or with a bicycle. I would definitely stay here again.

The parking spaces are tight so just be aware! The actual space was amazing though!

Thanks for staying with us! Although tight spots, having an on site parking option is rare here in town. There is a parking structure right next door with more generous sized spots.

Everything about the condo was great. It was clean and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in downtown TC.

My husband and I booked this property to celebrate our anniversary for a few nights in TC. It was very clean, comfortable with tasteful decor. Kimberly’s communication was on point and we did not need to reach out for anything. It’s a very short walk to downtown but exceptionally close to The Parlor (craft cocktails and delicious food) and Firefly restaurant (also great food) The parking lot is small but there is free parking directly next door if needed. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

What a great host. The team was extremely responsive, covered a couple of asks and was a joy to work with. The apartment was so perfect we’re considering buying one and the same complex. Parking was the only thing that gets tricky due to limited spaces BUT we had no problem and were even able to park our other car for free at the parking garage located immediately next door. Don’t hesitate to book this one!

Great condo in a great location in downtown Traverse City. This condo had everything we needed for a great stay. It is located only a short distance to Front Street and the marina. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Condo was very clean and well stocked. Perfect location to explore Traverse City. The parking was limited and space was tight- and the only negative. You can park in the parking garage located next door. All in all a great place.

This unit sits in the best location. Navigating around town can easily be done on foot (no add'l parking req.) allowing you to really explore all the neighborhoods like Old Town, Slabtown, and the Water Front.

Our stay here was wonderful, no complaints! We planned last minute for an Anniversary weekend trip and this was perfect, comfortable size place, well equipped kitchen and king size bed. And the location made it possible to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go!

The property was exactly as depicted in the VRBO listing. The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING, it made the stay extraordinary!! Kimberly's communication prior during and after our stay was excellent. We texted about the parking structure for overflow parking, she responded to let us know we could park on ground level from 8:00 p.m. thru 8:00 a.m. with no fee. We moved the car at 7:15 a.m. after a guest or resident had left a parking spot that morning to allow for easy packing of our car. The parking lot is very limited and the spots are very tight. There were people who went over the lines and eliminated available spots for other people. This should be addressed since space is at a premium. The 3rd floor was very quiet, there is no elevator which was stated in the listing, pack light and less for the flights of stairs. Overall, the property was clean, convenient and they had all the shampoo, conditioner, body wash hotel style on the wall in the shower. They also had q-tips, cotton rounds, make up remover package on counter. There was a hair dryer and styling tool under the bathroom sink. Also, a very thoughtful bowl of individual snacks for travelers on the go. Can not speak more highly of the condo and Kimberly. The unit was very welcoming, we highly recommend this location and listing!!!

We had a wonderful weekend in TC celebrating our anniversary. The accommodations were lovely and just as pictured. The location is perfect for walking downtown! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time exploring the traverse city area. It was a nice home base and easy to walk into town. The sheets were the softest sheets I’ve ever felt and I’m kicking myself for not checking the tags before we left! Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. Overall great stay!
