The Neighborhood:
On Union Street, just a few blocks south of Front Street, you'll find TC’s Old Town district. This charming shopping area has a relaxed and casual vibe, with a variety of businesses including galleries, boutiques, home goods stores, salons, a local grocer (known for its excellent butcher counter), and a few eateries like Blue Tractor Cook Shop, where you can enjoy burgers, comfort food, and a refreshing post-shopping brew.
Getting Around:
**Parking Updates – Effective February 1, 2025**
Due to new regulations imposed by the parking committee, we are no longer able to provide parking passes to our guests. Parking will be the responsibility of guests, with options including first come first serve lot, metered street parking and parking garages.
Street Parking:
Overnight Restrictions: No parking from 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM (Nov 16–Apr 14) on City streets. Towing enforced.
Metered Parking:
Enforced Mon-Sat, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).
Pay via ParkMobile app for convenience.
Parking Garages (Recommended):
Hardy Garage – 303 East State St.
Hours: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: Varies (posted at entrance).
Old Town Garage – 125 East Eighth St.
Levels 2-4: Mon-Sat: 7 AM – 12 AM, Sun: 7 AM – 12 AM.
Ground Level: Metered Mon-Sat, 8 AM – 6 PM; Free on Sundays.
Follow posted signs to avoid fines or towing.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
Pack n play available upon request for an additional charge.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
