Regarding the amenities, while we do disclose upfront in our listing that the private Dollar Point HOA facilities (pool, tennis courts, and private beach) are restricted exclusively to full-time homeowners, we are glad you were able to take advantage of the many beautiful public beaches and trails nearby. Detailed operating instructions for the bear fence system are sent prior to check-in within our welcome packet, and we verified that the indicator light is fully functional. Whenever questions or needs arise, our local team is quick to help—such as promptly heading over to haul away the previous pickup's overflow trash as soon as we were notified. We have also reinforced our turnover checklist with our cleaning team to ensure all electronics and entertainment systems remain plugged in and ready to go for incoming guests.
