Ideal for a group of friends or small families, this recently renovated 1,842 sqft Tucson home on 1/2 acre is nestled at the base of the Catalina mountains with stunning back yard views and only 5 minutes away from the city. This house is the perfect base of operations for all your Tucson adventures.
Enjoy amazing mountain views every morning from the comfort of a recently renovated and updated Tucson Home, where breathtaking sunsets are a daily occurrence. House is located against a wash easement so you have an unobstructed view of the mountains and sometimes the local wildlife.

Our house will sleep up to 7 people comfortably. We can also provide a few cots with mattresses for an additional $25 per person per stay just if requested.

It was a beautiful property with every possible need planned for. The kitchen is legitimately fully stocked. We found EVERYTHING we needed, including a little frother for lattes. I had to do some work on one of the days that we were there and I was surprised to find a complete workstation including a standing desk and an extra monitor with an HDMI cord to extend my desktop. The beds were very comfortable and everyone was able to have restful sleep. There were plenty of towels, pillows, extra linens and bedding. One of my priorities for when I stay somewhere is a comfortable living room/gathering place, and we were incredibly pleased with the setup at the house. The couch was big enough for us to sit together and talk comfortably.The views from both the front of the house and the back patio are exquisite. Watching the birds and the wildlife through the giant picture windows while enjoying my coffee was the perfect way to start my day. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting the home again.

Peaceful and Beautiful Tucson

Fantastic location in the Tanque Verde area. Close to Saguaro NP East, Sabino Canyon and the Catalina Highway drive to Mt. Lemmon. Still less than an hour to Saguaro NP West. Easy to get around. Great for our hiking adventures. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect backyard with stunning Mountain Views. Super clean house with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Great hot showers. Super large and comfy sectional to relax on in the living room. Awesome outdoor space, including fire pit and grill with large outdoor table. Huge kitchen with pretty much anything you need readily available. Would be fantastic for a family or group of friends. Great communication with friendly hosts. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Tucson.

This place checked all our boxes.

First, we needed space for our little pups to play and they had a blast in the expansive back yard. Next was a comfy living area, complete kitchen and super beds/bedrooms with tvs in two. The master was sublime complete with a bidet toilet seat and outside patio area. We ate on every available space (3) and took advantage of the fire pit which was a real treat.

Beautiful, spacious, clean property with incredible view. We want to go back.

This must be one of the best properties in Tucson. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here for 5 nights for spring break. The entire house was spotless. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well furnished, including a nice assortment of spices and everything you need to cook meals. The appliances were all modern, high-quality and functioned great. Our favorite part of the house was the large living area where we could sit and enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountains through the huge back windows. Communication with the owner was superb before and during our stay. We had no issues and no complaints about any aspect of our reservation and stay. We used this house as our base for exploring the area. Just minutes from the house is some really fantastic hiking. We enjoyed the hike up to Saddleback (our favorite of the trip) as well as Bear Canyon to Seven Falls. We also found good hiking nearby in the eastern section of Saguaro National Park. We made two trips to the western section of Saguaro National Park. This takes 45-55 minutes depending on traffic. On that side, we toured the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and also hiked to Wasson Peak, which offered amazing scenery.I’ve stayed in dozens of VRBO’s, and this is one of the best. I highly recommend it. I would love to return.

What an incredible Gem!

The property was amazing and they had something for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen for the chef and beautiful views. Board games and upgraded everything! Our hosts were helpful and we hope to return in the future. You must not pass up this gem!

Great location, beautiful home, exceptionally well stocked kitchen

Beautiful home in a nice residential neighborhood. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever had in a Vrbo. The back yard had a nice grill and a fire pit with wood/starter fluid supplied. Beds were comfortable. Strongly recommend for your family stay in Tucson!

Family reunion

This home is a great place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The home is clean and pleasant. The wi-fi can accommodate a houseful of phones, tablets, and laptops. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful upgrades

The property is a great location, quiet and serene. The upgrades done in the house are absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed was available and thoughtful, so I did not need to contact the owners. Lovely short holiday.

Quiet and Beautiful

We enjoyed having a reunion with our daughter and g'son! We were close to Mt. Lemmon and our daughter's pool in Tucson, so had two nice cool rain evenings and hot swims! Loved the big screen tv to watch Wimbledon! Very private back yard!

great place

We had a great stay at this property. The house layout was ideal. Morning coffee on the patio was very relaxing. The kitchen was well equiped and it was a breeze to cook our meals. The washer/dryer was a good addition for our stay. Our request for additional ammenities was handled promply and with respect for our privacy.

Perfect location and home!

I could live in this home! It has everything you can think of and is on a quiet street with great views. The layout is perfect for family, work, or whatever you have planned. The finishings are great and the extra care taken by the owners makes all the difference. I will be back!

The Desert Oasis

Este lugar es un hogar. It feels like home. In fact, my husband and I would purchase the property if we could. The view is better than in the photos. And the backyard is curated in such a way as to combine all of the colors and textures of the environment. Every morning we watched the sun kiss the forehead of the santa catalina mountain. We watched the gila woodpeckers fly in and out of the saguaro cactus. We heard the coyotes giggling at night. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable and the neighbors are friendly. We enjoyed walking in the wash area where we saw quail and road runners. The house is tastefully decorated and the furniture is comfortable. As i said we wanted to move into the place "as is". The kitchen has spices and oils and condiments, all types of storage things (plastic containers foile ziplock). There is tea and coffee and everything you could need to cook and eat meals at the house. There are theow bla kes in the licing room and kleenex boxes in every room. If you forgot something, the host probably has it in the house. The laundry room is huge and they have every kind of product you could beed from stain removers (with instructions for sifferent kinds of stains) to fabric softner. We lacked for nothing. We rented a motorcyle for the duration of the trip and there were so many beautiful roads to ride, especially the road up mount lemmon. After every adventure we were glad to retuen "home" for a good nights rest. We will return.

Workation Bliss in Tucson

Our stay at this Vrbo in Tucson was nothing short of fantastic. The spacious home provided ample room for both work and relaxation, and the excellent WiFi ensured seamless connectivity throughout our stay. Best VRBO Ever

Fabulous house, location, and hosts. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this was the best-ever. Super clean and absolutely everything you could possibly need. Great place for a family and we snowbirds used it for an entire month and had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard with mountain views and a variety of wildlife. We give this property an A plus plus!

Top Notch!

This place exceeded our expectations. The backyard view was stunning, the neighborhood lovely and quiet (great for walks), the house spacious and spotless. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need or want, the beds were comfortable, there was even firewood for the backyard fire pit. We were just two senior couples but there was plenty of room for kids. And there were so many little welcoming touches - big bath towels, a stool in the second bath so kids could reach the sink, extra throws in the living if the weather gets chilly - lots of thoughtful little gestures. Honestly, this place is why you rent from VRBO.

A perfect stay

We LOVED our stay. The house was perfect in every way. Spectacular views of sunrise and sunset. Loved sitting outside having coffee looking at the mountains while my sons with hiked or ran. , and they both loved the location for cycling and running. Highly recommend this home as a base camp for cycling, especially for Mt Lemmon and Le Buzz cafe. The home was immaculate, and had everything you could think of. We felt at home and comfortable from the moment we walked in. We were sad to leave and plan to come back

Beautiful house with a view of the mountains

The house was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. My husband said that he thought the owners had a degree in hospitality-everything was so well thought out. We were there for birding and the backyard was perfect! We saw lots of birds and had beautiful views. The house is nearby to lots of activities and the grocery store is just down the street. We didn’t want to leave!
