Great home at the sunset beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another wonderful week at Pelican Point. The home is beautiful and very well maintained. Also spotless! Our family is large and 11 of us shared the home very comfortably. We hated to leave!

We loved staying here with my extended family! We loved the accessibility for my parents with the elevator, large open common spaces as we played lots of games and the front row to the summer fireworks show from the balcony was the cherry on top! Also loved the ample refrigerator storage as we only ate out twice all week. And the beach chairs and toys available to use at the property made packing a breeze.

We were very happy with this house! More than anything we loved the view!! The kitchen was very equipped with everything we needed. We had to walk probably about a 10 minute walk to get to the oceanfront, but I didn't mind it because I had a little exercise. The other closest Inlet beach was nice but not as much wind, which was better sometimes. My husband and I loved the mattresses. We loved the elevator for getting our luggage and stuff up and down to go to the beach. It messed up once and they were over there quickly to get it fixed. The communication was excellent and very friendly and informative about what was going on in the area and the food truck by the beach. I would like to stay at this house again.

Amazing family vacation

This destination and property was wonderful! Great sunset views, plenty of space for our large family, beach access within a few steps, access to multiple pools, including one less than a block away, and all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time in this beautiful location.We would recommend this home and location for anyone, especially families! It has access to the Gulf waves as well as the calm ocean behind the Jetty, it has easy beach and pool access, wonderful views, and is in a wonderful neighborhood.

This was the perfect retreat for our daughters cheer competition. Check in was super smooth and check out was just as easy. The owners were very open with their communication and we have nothing negative to say!

Best house/location!!!

We all LOVED our stay here and didn’t want it to end! Perfect location in quiet neighborhood with amazing views! We definitely plan to be back. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. and comes with 4 bikes as well. Don’t miss booking this gem!

Exceptional view! Quality accommodations. Wonderful set up for big group. House came with a ton of toys for the beach, including fishing poles. Also came with 4 bikes. Can't say enough good things - totally worth the price!
