Hi Gurman, sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your time. Literally all of your points are in our listing details, so perhaps you didn't read before you booked / arrived. To answer your feedback: We have to post pool rules by state law, we also leave instructions on the unit just like most other hospitable hosts do. The pool's solar is more than sufficient, it's too bad that the weather was cooler, cloudy and damp during your stay. We do have an option for you to pay to heat the pool by natural gas as stated in the our listing. Unfortunately we can't do much about the weather, nor if you don't want to pay to heat via gas. Booking in Sept / Oct is towards the end of summer, albeit is typically still warm, but can occasionally be cloudy / cool just like everywhere else. We don't really make a big deal about the cover - we just let you know in the written instructions that we provide to be mindful when opening and closing that nothing is on top, so that it isn't damaged. And yes, when you stay you either book the lower room or upper - they are two separate listings and again this is in the listing details. You booked the lower room. And yes again, as per the listing details we also live on the property and give our guests as much space as they desire. We are around on the property in case anyone needs anything and are friendly, nice hosts with many years of experience hosting on platforms other than VRBO :)
