Scottsdale 2023 review

Second time staying at this home and would be happy coming back in the future. The home is very pleasant and nicely appointed. The patio is especially large and beautiful. The only disappointment was the weather this year, as it was much colder than normal.

Great home away from home

This patio home is located in a quiet small neighborhood in a ideal Scottsdale location. The patio area was a breath of sunshine when the pandemic forced us to stay home. The property manager was responsive to any concerns and the home is outfitted for comfortable use by visitors.

Beautiful yard!

We really enjoyed our stay and I spent most of my time in the yard! It is a really nice area and easy to get to wherever we were going. The house was well stocked with necessities and a few staples in the kitchen to make it easy to prepare meals.

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our relaxing and comfortable two week stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to the highway. We started each day with breakfast outdoors, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the fountain and fresh squeezed orange juice from the tree in the yard. Everything is well-maintained and the kitchen is well-stocked. Tom checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed and to answer any questions. For hiking enthusiasts, like ourselves, the McDowell Sonoran Preserve is a short drive away. A great place for a winter getaway.

Perfect

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here in Jan. Very clean, very comfortable home. Loved the Patio. Only downside was the weather did not cooperate for us to use it very often. Quiet, lovely area and once we got our bearings quite close to many shops and restaurants. Tom and Lauri are fabulous hosts and very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Delightful Scottsdale Vacation Home

Very nicely appointed and comfortable 2 bed property that is just like home from home. The location in Scottsdale Hills is ideal for visiting anywhere in the Scottsdale or Phoenix general area since the 101 loop road is just a few minutes drive away. Skyharbor airport is only 20-25 mins drive away. The location is very quiet and the garden even has its own resident humming birds. Highly recommended.

Scottsdale Duplex Patio Home

This rental has every ammenity you can think of. The owners have thought of every detail to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. For someone who doesn't like to leave home for over two weeks, I would have been content to stay well beyond the month's rental. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but near shopping,restaurants and outdoor activities. Morning walks were a pleasure and finishing up on the large patio with coffee and the newspaper was a great way to start each day. I just can't say enough good words about it.

Scottsdale solstice

I was there to attend a convention but wanted to get away from the hotel/motel life and have the independence I experience at home. This setting really fit that description. It was a very nice relaxing place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Not only that but is was convenient to the highway and shopping which made it easy to enjoy the tourism along with the work I had to do. The house was well kept, well furnished, comfortable, and the owner was kind to us.
