Nice place good manager

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyable. Nice Scottsdale neighborhood, well equipped house. The only flaw was a massive amount of garbage leftover from previous a handicapped individual the home was difficult to navigate for example; sunkin living room, tight hallways and doorways. Was satisfied

We had a great time!

We had a great time. This house was great. In a great location very near a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. The pool was nice. The house was clean. Would definitely stay again. The manager allowed us to stay late because our flight wasn't until 5:50, which was very generous.

The host communicated very promptly to requests and any assistance we needed. The inside was relatively clean, but dated. The outdoor area is in need of deep basic cleaning and update of the amenities. When wet towels were placed on lounge chairs they became badly stained, and the outdoor pool table was completely unusable and falling apart. If the other outdoor areas would have been swept up it would have gone a long way. The pool was clean and a great temperature.

Backyard Shangri-La

The location was excellent with all the outdoor recreation very close. Shopping was very handy…. The backyard was the draw for us. Very large yard with pool and hot tub, plus a large tree with many varieties of birds singing. We would return.

Great stay

This place is even better than I thought it was going to be: quiet, peaceful, close to everything and a gorgeous house! Wes was our point person and he did a great job communicating with us. He met us at the house and answered all of our questions about the house and local area. We even got complimentary chip and water!:) Thanks for letting us stay at your great place!

Yes, Casa Willow is in a quiet neighborhood on a large lot. A lot of guests enjoy that. Wes tries hard to accommodate all guests and make sure they enjoy their time. He always a phone call or email away! We hope to see you again soon.

Great location for Spring Training games

The property had everything we needed from cooking to hot tubbing to lounging. The beds are very comfortable. Justin was great to work with and answered any questions we had as well as remedied one issue quickly with the hot tub. I would recommend this house in a quiet neighborhood. The only interesting deal was how low the light switches and mirrors are but that’s not an issue.

Overall good

The property was clean and the kitchen was well supplied with cookware and dishes. The online pics were accurate except the outside pool table was junk. Beautiful pool/backyard. Check in was easy except I had to contact the team person assigned to us the day prior to us arriving as I hadn’t heard anything from him.

Some disappointment

Communication with the property manager L8Vacations was very good at first. However, we reported some important issues as soon as we arrived (BBQ didn't work, broken spa cover and lights) and no one came to fix anything during our week-long stay. Living room furniture is worn out but beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Location is very good and in a quiet neighborhood. We would recommend it after the owners repair what's broken and invest to refurbish the place.

Thanks for the review and discussing this with us during your stay. The BBQ is working great. It is fairly new to new honest. And we just ordered a new cover for the hot tub. 1-3 weeks out. Sincerely, Mangement

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean but needs some updates. We were 6 guys on a golf trip so no big deal. the plugs all over the house were old and any phone charger we tried to plug in fell out.The main bath was moldy at the baseboard and needed calking.Ironing board would not stay upright. The property manager was good and responded to our requests.
