We really enjoyed our stay; however, we were disappointed that the Adirondack chairs were not around the firepit anymore. We booked our stay at this particular house because of the ability to sit around the firepit in the evenings. The host did put logs around the firepit to sit on, but the logs were very wobblily and uneven. We found ourselves trying to balance on these logs and it was not enjoyable

The host was excellent and always responded within minutes. The house was clean with an exception of the sheets on the front bed. They were stained and need replacing. The electronic ignition on the grill did not work, even after replacing the battery. But we were able to light and use it with a lighter. Other than that, everything in the house was in great shape and the house is well-equipped with everything one would need. The house is great for larger gatherings although we only had a small family birthday gathering. Plenty of parking. The neighborhood is very quiet and what few people we saw were friendly and usually waved. The biggest disappointment was the location as related to the lake. We knew it was not lakeside, but in looking at the pictures posted on Vrbo, it seemed like lake access was easily available. There are other houses on the lake with no trespassing and no lake access signs. This was a disappointment but didn’t ruin our trip by any means. We had just hope to walk along the shore with our grandchildren. This is certainly a place we can recommend as long as lake access is not important.

Really nice property

We stayed from March 12th to 15th. Kam was a very gracious host who was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. Unfortunately, we had to endure Thunderstorms, hail and tornado warnings on March 14th.

Review of stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past weekend! A part of our group was there to gish at Beaver Lake while the rest of us relaxed. The house was in a great location to the lake and shopping downtown. We had 5 adults and 2 children. The large living room was wonferful for the kids, the extra games and such were a wonderful touch! The hot tub felt amazing! House was clean and well stocked. We wished we had access to a washer and dryer, especially with the amount of towels uses for the hot tub. Overall great experience and would love to visit again!

We loved our recent stay here. I traveled here with a group of five (two couples and a single) and the house & bedrooms were a perfect fit for our group. Location was nice and a good base point for several plans we had around the NWA area.House was very clean and well stocked. Communication with the host was simple and easy. Price point was also great for our particular stay. We will repeat.
