Great place to spend a long weekend in North Arkansas! Very well stocked, clean and spacious. Host is prompt with communication. Only difficulty we had was turn around parking. Had a small trailer with e bikes. Highly recommend this place for a beautiful getaway.

We loved watching the deer in the front every morning and sitting on the back porch overlooking the water at night. The kids loved the spacious living room.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the host of the property was very easy to work with. The house was in a quiet area with lake views and we even got to see deer in the yard every day we were there. The house was clean and had everything you would need. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet place in NWA on the lake. We will reserve this home again the next time we are traveling in the area.

The hosts were very accommodating. Previous people had broken the coffee maker but a new one was to be delivered. When it wasn’t host got another one and brought it out! The ramp to the dock is very steep and winding with the steepest ramp I have ever seen. Cardio exercise! Also, when we booked we were unaware Corp of Engineers restrict boats/dock use to owners only. Not the hosts fault at all, but we might have chosen a different lake had we been aware.

Me and two other business associates stayed at this cozy lake home just one night. Owner responded quickly to any questions we had. Home was cozy, would have loved to be able to stay a few more days! Everything was great and highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lake house! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The owners have truly thought of everything—you can tell they put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable.The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time away. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful, providing the perfect setting for a getaway.The hot tub was amazing and one of our favorite parts of the stay! It was the perfect place to unwind and take in the scenery.We highly recommend this lake house and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing such a fantastic experience!
