Affordable Beachfront Paradise! 2 Bedrooms

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I agree with you comfortable beds are a plus when on vacation. I am not sure if the new couch and chair had been delivered while you were there, but I am hoping they are a much needed improvement to every ones comfort. I will post new pictures of the new couch as soon as I can get them. Jackie

Thank you Cindy first the review. After your review I took a look at the towels and linens on my August trip to the condo and yes in deed it is time for many to be replaced. Also, a new King size mattress was put in the blue bedroom. Got a new toaster and silverware. Found some cute rod iron rockers and table for the patio. A new couch and table / chairs have been ordered. Appreciate the review, sometimes that is how we find out when items need replacing or have gone missing.

Thank you Gail for the wonderful Review. I am so happy that you and your family had a wonderful stay with us. I am so looking forward to having your family as our guests next year!! Also appreciate the feedback on our caretaker, Roberto. The water pressure in the showers has been a problem before, so I can now address it with Roberto again. Thank you again and hope to talk soon.

We were very disappointed and concerned to hear that our guests had no hot water! The water heater has been repaired. We have checked with our guests that are currently staying with us and they have reported they have hot water in the showers, but having problem with hot water in the kitchen. The safe is working, but only with the use of the key until a new keypad can be installed. We take great pride in sharing our home in Puerto Morelos with those wishing to enjoy the great amenities that Casita Blanca has to offer. We hope that Laura and her family and friends will give us another chance to enjoy paradise!

I want to thank you Kylin and your family for staying with us on your vacation. Despite the sargassum I am so happy you were able to enjoy your vacation. Look forward to having you and your family as guests again in the future and lets hope that by then the authorities have found a way to keep the sargassum from reaching the beautiful beach. Thanks again, Jackie

It is unfortunate that we did not know until we read the review that our guests had experienced some issues with the condo or that our guests were not happy with there accommodations while staying with us. We do appreciate the feed back from our guests , it gives us the opportunity to work with our property manager to insure our guests have a positive / wonderful experience when staying with us. That being said, the salty air and hard water did take down another water tank and we now have a new one. We will be looking into the bathroom faucets, they are maybe 2 years old, but then we know the water is very corrosive. If by chance our guests read our response we do thank you for your review and we would like a second chance if you ever get back to Puerto Morelos. However, are hands are tied in regard to the hallway to the bedrooms, we can't get a 6 foot wide hallway! Jackie

Thank you for your kind words. I am so happy that you all enjoyed your visit in Puerto Morelos and will be back. Sure hope you will come back and stay with us again! Want to thank you for letting me know about the blender, unfortunately, things do brake and if my guests do not let me know I can get them replaced or fixed quickly. Then there is that darn water pressure and the hot water! We sure do try our best to keep it working, but we have to remember that these small towns do not have the amenities we have back home. Look forward to having you as our guests again soon! Jackie
