This is a very unique property in a unique fishing village. Three balconies, rooftop deck, and beach side Palapas all add to the ambiance of this Mexican Get Away. Floors and finishings are all marble and granite. The complex is very private with a beautiful beach directly in front of the property. It is modern and very well maintained. Pool and Whirlpool are located directly in front of the property. The village of Puerto Morelos is very small and features many unique and excellent restaurants and shopping opportunities where you can relax and enjoy the culture & climate all within walking distance from the condo..

Beautiful condo

This is our second time staying at Anne’s condo. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store. Loved the 2 balconies with a great view of the sea. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Condo and Location

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s obvious that the owners take pride in their property - the condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen was well-equipped, including a dishwasher. The condo was spacious and would work well for two couples or a family. We had several questions upon arrival, but Anne was quick to respond. The location was perfect for us - far enough from the town square to be quiet, but within easy walking distance to restaurants and the supermarket. There’s no need to rent a car unless you’re planning to tour the area. We would certainly stay there again.

This property was magic for us.We loved the pool we loved the beach front.We loved the apartment.It was so comfortable.Just change the way that we looked at Puerto Morales..... It was. So relaxing!!

Family vacation

The property was clean and location safe, very quiet and just steps away from the beach. Anne was great in responding when we needed assistance. It was a lovely and pleasant stay. I would recommend this condo as it was very spacious for myself and mother.

Huge condo with beautiful views

I enjoyed my time at this condo. The bedrooms are huge and the three balconies were great place to spend time and listen to the waves. It is a good location and I would definitely return.

Mexico vacay

Great location, right on the sand. The Caribbean was warmer than the pool. That cool pool really takes the edge off sitting around in the warm sun.

Great condo!

This condo is amazing. It’s spacious, great layout, comfortable furniture, and has a very well stocked kitchen. Extra touches such as blown glass drinking glasses including margarita glasses were appreciated. The location of the condo is perfect, right on the beach, with an area to sit under palapas on lounge chairs, all provided for the guests. It is a short walk to restaurants and the town square, about a 15 min walk. We stayed for 10 nights. Our group consisted of my husband and me, our 2 daughters, and two grandchildren. The condo was roomy enough for all six of us. The host, Anne was easy to communicate with. For any needs, such more water or toilet paper, we contacted Ramon who responded quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

A great condo in a great location! We can't wait to return.

The condo is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were traveling with two babies and a young child and it was perfect! There were even beach toys!

Everything you could need

The unit is beautiful, comfortable furniture, plenty of towels, hangars, etc. The host checked in on us which we always appreciate. We really enjoyed staying in this unit.

Fantastic apartment and location

Apartment and location was great. It was only a 10-15 min walk to the centre of Puerto Morelos while also having the benefit of the beach and pool right on your doorstep. Also a great beach club next door for food and drinks and another one only 250m away. No complaints at all about the apartment. Spacious and very clean and the owner was very responsive with any queries

This property location is perfect. We walked practically everywhere. It's about a quarter mile from the plaza. Manager very responsive. I'm very glad we booked this condo and hope to do it again for hopefully a longer stay. Thank you so much!

Beautiful week on the beach!

Gorgeous condo perfect location. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful views pool and beach at your doorstep. Very spacious much bigger than expected. Nice 10 min walk to town by Street or beach to anything in town. Several beach bars just down the beach. Snorkeling off the beach a plus in front of Don Ernesto's - under water cenote about 50 yds out. Even got to meet Diana Nyad there doing screening for her new film! Would go back here in a heartbeat!

A nice place

Our short stay was pleasant. Lots of space and a well stocked kitchen. The whole extended property is well kept. (Hard to do for rentals in Mexico.) The pool was big and clean. Other people on the property were mostly extended stay grandparents. Communication at all stages was easy.

Excelente!

We had such a wonderful, relaxing, enjoyable week staying here. The condo is very nice, incredible view, the beach/water is glorious. We loved walking to and from town, experiencing so many nice restaurants. We felt so safe and incredible welcome by the locals and the gentleman that manages the property. The owners are very nice, easy to work with and extremely helpful with questions and quick responses. There are some added bonuses we did not expect,a small beach bar next door and a masseuse right on the property! This is a gem.

excellent location & views..... fantastic condo

This condo is directly on the best beach in Puerto Morelos. You can snorkel right out front or walk a short distance to Ojo where there is a small reef & beautiful fish including sting rays & sea turtles. It is beautifully decorated & the kitchen has everything you need. Two balconies facing the turquoise sea & one balcony facing the lush mangroves. It is just a short walk into town where there are so many great restaurants it’s hard to choose. Anne was great to work with. The condo exceeded our expectations. We love this place & will be back. Thank you Anne!

Amazing trip

Thank you to Anne for her help in scheduling and any questions that we had. She was very fast in getting back to us with any questions. The property is just as described. The town of Puerto Morelos is a short 15 minute walk. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with family, small children and friends or just by themselves. It is a lovely condo with all the amenities. Comfortable beds and nice table for eating and large couch and tv for your relaxing moments. We will be back :-)

Great property, excellent location

Our stay was wonderful. The property has plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance on either the street or the beach. It’s about a 1/4 to 1/2 mile to the center of town. There is a large grocery store there as well. The property was clean with amenities. There were two bedrooms with a lot of closet space/drawer space. Both bedrooms had a bathroom attached and there was a third common bathroom. There were three decks/patio, two facing the ocean. The pool was extremely spacious with plenty of lounge chairs at both the pool and near the ocean. Overall, the stay was great and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Location, location, location!

We had glorious family Christmas Vacation ( a dream of mine come true) in our favourite place in Mexico - Puerto Morelos! This condo has spectacular view, great balconies, well-stocked kitchen amenities and great bathrooms. The pools were a hit with our grandkids and it is a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. Our only complaints would be the bed in the 2nd bedroom is too firm for our liking (the master bedroom bed is fine) and the curtains are too difficult to open & close. We would suggest a "deep clean" in the storage/laundry room and defrost of the freezer. These are likely just cleaning company issues. And we are being picky lol! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Anne for being very accommodating.

This property is owned by 3 couples from Minnesota and North Dakota and Arizona who fell in love with this little community on the Yucatan. Owning a condo gives us an opportunity to enjoy the area ourselves as well is making it available for others to enjoy. It has become a favorite vacation spot for each of our families. We are hoping to get a photo of all of us soon. For right now, this is a photo of Dave and Anne on a very rare beautiful Minnesota Autumn day.

There is so many things that we love about this condo. It's stunning view, modern features, spacious rooms, multiple decks on both sides of the condo, and direct access to both pool and ocean all are part of what drew us here.
