Charming 3-Bedroom, 2.5-Bath Villa – Newly Updated and Spacious

This beautifully decorated villa offers a fresh and inviting atmosphere with all-new living room furnishings and stylish lamps throughout. The open-concept living and dining area features balcony access, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ideal for preparing family meals.

Accommodating up to eight guests, the villa includes a new queen bed (2024) in the master bedroom, another new queen bed (2024) in the second bedroom, and a full-size over full-size bunk bed in the third bedroom. The living room also features a queen sofa sleeper. For added convenience, a coin-operated laundry facility is available on each floor of the building.

Xanadu offers convenient coin-operated laundry facilities on each floor of the building.

Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

This was a great condo for my young adult children and myself. Everyone had a room and all amenities were covered including fans for the rooms! Great location to the beach and Caligny plaza. Just far enough to walk and be away from the crowds. Highly recommend!

We were all comfortable and it was conveniently located to all the golf and bars/restaurants that you would need. Well equipped kitchen and took turns to work in smallish space. Two opposite Balconies great for drying clothes. Had a great week with grandchildren.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we had a pleasant stay. a few items were damaged upon arrival but the agency sent a maintenance guy to fix most of them.

Family Vacation in Hilton Head

The kitchen was well equipped except that it provided plastic wine glasses instead of glass. I thought that that cheapened it a little It had the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. It was very clean and the beach was a little further than expected but we made do. Overall a nice experience.

Overall a great place!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was great overall, however, the housekeeping staff is not up to par. I found a prescription pill in the master bedroom (so thankful it wasn't my daughter) and it was clear dusting had not been done in quite some time, windows hadn't been washed, and there were used dishes left out around the house. Unfortunately the beds were a little uncomfortable, but not unbearable. The location was great, a very short walk to the beach.

The location of this condo was great. Only a five minute walk to the beach. And the beach was great because it was in a less crowded area. The condo is fine. A few changes I would recommend the sofa bed mattress had a plastic over it I wasn’t sure if it should be ripped off or not so we just left it on. The half bath toilet needs a gut replacement. They handle had to be jiggled in order for the water to stop running. If you use the mic Microwave and the toaster at the same time it blew a fuse. I wish they had included a few more garbage bags. We like that other renters had left beach chairs and assorted beach toys for the kids. We also like that there were Pickleball courts which we used. I would stay there again I would encourage others to do so also.

The rooms were clean and good overall stay. It is a bit of a walk to the beach if you have small children and a lot to carry, but otherwise good proximity to things to do.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great! All of us enjoyed it. The condo was clean and roomy. The location was within walking distance of Coligny Plaza. While researching and booking, the owner answered my questions and Vacation Time staff was very helpful and friendly. Several of the restaurants and areas we liked were the beach, Coligny Plaza, Hinchey's, Southern Coney, Sea Shack, Frosty Frog, Harbortown, South Beach and the bike trails.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice, didn't realize we had to share a washer and dryer, my fault I didn't read carefully enough. The second bedroom did't have a TV and the third bedroom had a TV but no remote to work it. Overall the unit was nice with these exceptions. It was nice that the kids could go walking and I didn't have to worry about them. But we will not return because when I take a beach vacation I like to be on the beach and this is not the place to do that. Also the elevator kept breaking down and had to use the stairs. Great Condo and Location if you don't want to drink your coffee every morning and look at the ocean.
