Fun stay in Buffalo

My wife and I and our three kiddos stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Here is some of the feedback from our stay:Good things:- very homey, tv room was fun to relax in with the family and the fireplace made it even better. - Kids loved the upstairs loft. - easy entry into the home- washer and dryer were great to use- shower extremely hot (wife loved it)- extra blankets to stay warm Things to know- one bathroom, just plan accordingly if you have more than a few people- upstairs loft gets pretty cold. We couldn’t find a vent in the room but our girls got cozy under blankets and slept great!Overall we’d stay here again for sure. Great location and quick responses to any questions we had.

Perfect house for visit to Buffalo

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of space in the bedrooms to unpack for our weekend in Buffalo. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring we had a great night's rest. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better, with everything we wanted to explore in Buffalo within easy reach. The house description and photos were spot on, so there were no surprises. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Buffalo!

Great place

This house was in a great location for a visit to Niagara Falls and attend a Bills game. The house was great for 4 adults and 2 small children. Decor was beautiful and was even decorated for X mas which thrilled the kids. Highly recommend

Location, Location, Location!

We absolutely loved our stay in this precious home! We've never brought our dogs with us on "vacation" before, but they had as much fun as we did, and seemed to feel right at home. Kelley provided everything we needed and even had essentials, if you forgot something. We will 100 percent be back if she'll have us. My family and friends were all under 20 minutes away in any direction. Thank you for a great long weekend!

Great place!

We loved the house. The location is great. The bathroom could use some towel hooks. We thought it would have been really cool if basement had ping pong, fuzz ball, air hockey. Not a big deal just a suggestion would still highly recommend to anyone it was great.

Family Reunion

We were in town for a faimly reunion but needed more room than our family could provide. We were delighted with the home, spacious and convenient! The neighborhood was pleasant, the house was responsive and kind. Overall an excellent place to stay, and hope to return again sometime!

Perfection

We flew to Buffalo for a family medical emergency and were so fortunate to stay in this lovely home. It was so welcoming to come back to each evening after stressful days. I honestly did not think I was going to be able to relax enough to sleep, but after sitting by the fireplace for a bit and then climbing into the super comfortable bed, I was well rested by each morning. The house had everything that we needed and, when we had a question about the clothes dryer, the owner quickly returned our call. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully updated and comfortably quiet home

My family needed a quick and quiet place to stay due to a hospitalized family member in Buffalo (we are from out of town). Kelley was lightening-fast with responses and incredibly kind and accomodating. The home is beautiful and updated. The kitchen has everything you need. You can log into your Netflix or other streaming service on the smart tvs. I was able to do work comfortably at the desk connected to wi-fi. Don't let the pictures fool you, the house is bigger than it appears. There is a Wegmans just a few minutes away, and there are several restruants nearby. The home is clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient.

Cozy and warm

Amazing property and location is close to everything in Buffalo. Quiet neighborhood perfect for family and doggies! House was fully decorated for Christmas and was so easy to feel At home!!

Buffalo Bills weekend

This one of our favorite places to stay when in town for a BILLS game. The location is great, close to the airport, restaurants and a short drive to the stadium. The house is always clean. And working with Kelly is easy.

What an amazing house!

We absolutely loved this property! It was very clean, homey and just like being home. The beds were comfortable and all appliances were in great working order. There was even a high chair for our granddaughter. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available the next time we visit! Also, the owner Kelley was always easy to reach via text and responded quickly. We loved every minute we stayed there!

Buffalo Bills Weekend

My husband and I love staying at this property when we are in town for the BILLS game. It’s located in a great neighborhood, convenient to the stadium, shopping and airport. It’s always clean and just adorable! Kelly is great to work with.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at this property. Incredibly easy to check in, nice amenities, very close to all the things we wanted to see. One slight issue was that 1 bathroom for 8 people created a bit of a log jam in the morning. Sti, that was our problem, not the property's. Overall, HIGHLY recommend this property.

Awesome Family Vacation

Very clean and cozy home. Nice for our family to enjoy. Had a great time in the back yard that is fenced in for smaller children to play. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit having family talks. We had a small problem with a piece of furniture, notified the owner. They were very on top of the situation, came right over and fixed it. Super nice folks! It was convenient and close to the highway to get you around the area. We made a special trip to see Niagara Falls both sides, not very far away.

Perfect, Petite and Peaceful Retreat

This home was such a gem! Beautifully maintained, clean, organized and peaceful home in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Our family of 4, plus my mother stayed at Kelley's adorable house and it was a great size. Plenty of space for all. We did have to set a shower schedule with only one bathroom :), but it wasn't a deal breaker. Just as a FYI- the back entryway has a couple steps that may need careful managing for younger kids or older adults. Kelley was very responsive, accomodating, and an all around wonderful host! **Some ideas for future guests: We would also have loved to have had a few suggestions for sites to see or places to eat (maybe a "travellers guide" of sorts?), but we also enjoyed exploring and finding our own little spots- Check out Charlie the Butcher for some awesome lunch fare! Thank you Kelley- we are grateful for the opportunity to have stayed in your home!

Graduation

Stayed here when attending a graduation in the Buffalo area. Super convenient - 20 min to everywhere. Close to airport. Quiet neighborhood. Everything we needed for a short weekend.

Bills Game

I almost don't want to give this property of review and keep to myself as its a gem and will be hard to book in the future due to demand. It's close to restaurants, Highmark Stadium and the airport. The house is nicely laid out and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet. Kelley is very responsive and easy to work with. Can't wait to get back to Buffalo and stay at this property again,
