Laketown Wharf 1031 is a beautifully decorated unit that offers the perfect setting for a beach getaway. You will find this spacious kitchen to flow perfectly with the open and spacious living room. The bunk area is secluded and has a bathroom accessible right across the hall. You'll enjoy a nice night's sleep in the master suite after a long day at the beach. The private master bathroom and extra large closet space complete the perfect ambiance for a comfortable stay. You'll have a great view of the nightly Vegas-style fountain light show from your balcony.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub and shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV.
Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

Laketown Wharf:
Laketown Wharf offers THE resort-style vacation you are looking for. From the 5 unique pools, a beautiful lakefront boardwalk, to its fitness center and miniature golf course, there is really no reason to leave. Just head across the street for your beach day! It truly is a phenomenal setting offering a Vegas style fountain show every night.

Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee:
A one-time fee of $75-$105 (depending on number of bedrooms) will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

* Guests must be 21 years or older to rent. Those under 21 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian
* Sorry, no pets allowed.
* Parking for 2 cars.
* Business Tax Receipt (BTR) #45350

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great location

Spring break is a busy time. The elevator wait was probably the worst of it just with having small children and rowdy spring breakers. Everything was pretty close which was nice. The unite was nice and clean the decor was nice with beach vibes. The sofa bed was not comfortable for a 90lb child so it could use a new sofa set. All in all it was a good trip I have nothing bad to say about it. ... i wouldnt reccomend families to stay during spring break though way too hectic. I know now for future stays.

It took 2 weeks and 4 tries to get a band that worked a mess to say the least.

The condo was great!

The condo was great! We had a great time! We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids. The pool was super close and was where we spent most of our time. The beach was a short walk across the street and easy to access. The condo had everything we needed for meal prep. Plenty of space for everyone. Would stay again!

Great place to stay. Everything you need is right there you don’t have to drive anywhere.

Great Vacation @ 1031

Our vacation at LTV #1031 was fantastic! The condo was very well equipped and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and it was a very relaxing vacation. Spring break family vacation 2022

The condo itself was great. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids 14 and under and it accommodated us perfectly. The kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Our host was very easy to reach and communication was great. The location was nice as far as Walmart is across the street and it's a quick drive to St. Andrews beach. The time of year we came (over spring break) was not ideal for kids. There was a lot of spring breakers that overwhelmed the pools, hallways and elevators. Which was a bummer for my smaller kids especially. Overall, great stay and would recommend particularly to groups of friends/adults vacationing together!
