Adorable cottage perfect for our stay visiting our children. Host was very responsive to our needs/inquiries. Quiet neighborhood. Home was well equipped and stocked. Beds very comfortable.

The cottage was clean, comfortable, and very efficient. It was conveniently located and made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Hi Donnie, Thanks for the great review. I do need to make a correction, however, The property does have a gravel driveway that is on the property and only for our guest. I wish you would have asked, so we could have made sure you knew that.

We loved this house. It had everything we needed and the communication was unremarkable. I heard from the host daily. I am looking forward to returning to Tally and staying here again.

I’m a repeat visitor to this property and it’s my go to whenever I’m staying in Tallahassee! Super convenient location and just minutes to shopping, activities and eats. ( both local and national chains ) It’s a quiet neighborhood and the house is just comfortable and easy to come and go. Great water pressure in the shower. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable and cozy with really nice mattresses. It’s so quiet at night so I always sleep great there. I even shared the house with my brother who literally booked it this week when I went home. Thanks Rorry and crew for another great and convenient stay in Tallahassee with my family!

The Cottage was warm (very cold in Tallahassee then!) and comfortable. The manager was attentive to any needs that we had and stayed in touch. It was so convenient to where we needed to be. We will definitely book here again!

What a clean, cozy retreat! My daughter and I were in Tallahassee for an FSU event, and this little gem was perfect for our two-night stay. It’s quiet, safe, close to everything, and has all little extras you need for “at-home” convenience. Communication from the host was welcoming, organized, and friendly. Definitely worth the stay!

The house was clean, with pots/pans and coffee. :) Location is excellent, near the capital and FSU. Hosts were responsive and answered questions quickly.

Our dogs are well behaved and non destructive so we felt the additional 110 dollars was a little excessive

Pet friendly. House was centrally located for the sight seeing we did. House was clean, well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, beds were very comfortable, and communication with the host was top notch.
