The good:Easily accessible, near the U of H, spacious. We had a decent stay for our celebration. Suggestions: Advertised as luxury, perhaps upgrade pots and pans, towels, too small kitchen garbage can, paper products, make cleaning products available for kitchen etc.The curious:Mandatory travelers insurance or 1500 deposit. A claim was made against the policy.Overall, grateful for a last minute space to have our celebration.

Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear the location, accessibility, and space worked well for your celebration. We appreciate your suggestions regarding kitchen items, towels, and supplies. Guest feedback like this helps us continue improving the experience, and we are already reviewing several of the items mentioned. Regarding the traveler insurance/deposit and claim: this is a standard requirement clearly disclosed prior to booking and is in place to protect both guests and hosts. A claim was submitted only after an item documented as present before check-in was found missing following checkout and could not be accounted for. These matters are handled directly through the platform according to their established process. We appreciate you choosing our property for a last-minute stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.
