Couples getaway

This quaint, beautiful place is at a great location. Close enough to walk to most places, yet out of the heavy tourist traffic. The place was decorated so beautifully. Very quiet and comfortable. Rose is an excellent host.

We had a delightful time in Savannah and a wonderful encounter with our host, Rose. She was so pleasant and gave us suggestions for dining and exploring. The place was gorgeous and we so enjoyed our stay.

Cozy neighborhood spot close walking distance to everything

Came for a conference and had a great stay. It was a quiet place for my dog and I to stay at, plenty of parks nearby to walk him between talks, easy access to walk him to and from restaurants in the city, and also drop him off when I wanted to do things without him. Rose Ann was a wonderful host and even connected me with some dog walkers if I was going to be too busy to get back to him! It was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

What an excellent place to enjoy Savannah! Rose is an amazing host! She communicates with you and gives advice about the best places to visit and have dinner. We loved the decor and especially enjoyed the private terrace. Her place is beautiful and well-maintained. We can't wait to head back and we highly recommend her rental. Historic Savannah is right inside and outside of her spectacular home. Thank you so much, Rose!

Being on the Parade Committee, I have a lot to do downtown and even with me living 15 minutes from downtown, it’s just easier to stay downtown.

Great place, great location!

My husband and I had the prefect weekend stay. We walked everywhere, and enjoyed about the apartment. It was so cute and a good amount of space for two people. The communication was excellent. It really was a great weekend and I would highly recommend!!

Savannah Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stat here so much for a long weekend getaway. Rose and her pup, Mabel were so friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The best part is everything was within walking distance and we didn't get back in our car until the morning we left. We will definitely return.

Rose and Mayble

Rose and her pup Mayble was a great host and I had booked a short stay for Halloween weekend and a surprise proposal! It’s a very short walk to everything and the area is great! Really had a great time and would definitely recommend this stay to others. Now this could be definitely our new anniversary spot from here on out!

Wonderful Location!

This was a wonderful place to stay in Savannah! Great location to walk to everything you will want to go to. Parking was easy, we didn’t get back into the car until it was time to go. The location was very quaint, lots of character and charm.

Simply Rosey!

Savannah was wonderful to spend a few days just walking around, enjoying the architecture and river front. Rose made our stay very home away from homey, and her home is fabulous!

Great spot to stay, close to everything. Host was very nice and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Bonus: The rental had a great VHS collection, for when your recharging.

Fabulous spot!

The apartment was lovely. It’s very comfortable and in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The parking was very convenient. There are two noteworthy things: the outdoor space is underneath the upstairs deck. This makes for a fairly dark- though comfortable space. Also, the kitchen doesn’t have a stove or even a hot plate. This didn’t matter to us as eating out is half the fun of being in Savannah. I just didn’t realize it until we got there. All of this said, we loved our time there. It is a lovely place to be.

Great location and lovely host.

Needs some deep cleaning and bleach. Stains on the sheets and older mats. Interior was interestingly decorative. Overall ok but expected better from the reviews. Owner was so sweet but kind of alot when she walked us inside and gave us a tour, they also text3d checking-in She lived upstairs and kinda made me uncomfortable. Sweet person no ill will just too much for me.

The Charm and Location of this accommodation was wonderful The owner could not have made this a better stay. She helped with directions, places to eat, places to visit. Centrally located and you could walk as much as you wanted. Will definatly return.... Thank you again Rose

Perfect Home Base - Cute, Clean & Dog friendly

Perfect location for a weekend in Savannah. Comfortable, clean - great local art as decor. Easy walk to restaurants & shops. Very dog friendly. Will definitely stay again - hopefully, the weather will be nicer so we can enjoy the private courtyard.
