Great location - beautiful decor - just a lot of stairs to the 2nd story - but we were capable! Highly recommend a trolley tour - very informative! You would not be disappointed in a stay here! Even enjoyed being on the porch during a thunderstorm with torrential rain!

What a lovely place to stay in Savannah! Check in was a breeze with clear instructions on using the touchpad and parking options. Chase & Brandon were excellent hosts, responding to my questions promptly and helping to make our stay more comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the city as well as strolling in Forsythe Park which is only a short walk away. Cozy and comfortable, this place definitely gets an A.

Thank you, our stay was great. The rental was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The bathroom featured a nice shower and double sinks. This was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. Although it’s a bit outside of town, it’s very peaceful. Our favorite part was the balcony, we spent a lot of time out there. We parked in the back in the reserved parking spot which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place!

Pros: excellent location CleanExcellent communicationNice layoutCons: the air conditioning thermostat was set and LOCKED at 76 degrees and the host Chase gave me a 4 digit code that didn’t work and said thank you for your understanding. Long story short it was never fixed. Also the mattress was terrible. An old sunken mattress and hot room did not allow for any quality of rest.

Great place to stay in Savannah!

I loved staying so close to the park. This area is quieter than the downtown district. There is a good grocery and coffee shop within blocks.

Went to Savannah to celebrate my 50th and this place was amazing!! So cute and comfortable and if you don’t mind walking (we did it in 115 heat index) this is great location. Nice and quiet when you’re ready to wind down but not far from anything. Definitely would stay here again.
