Easy Escape

This house was perfect for our quick family vacation. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. The hosts were receptive and answered all of our questions, including issues accessing the property the day of check-in. I would highly recommend the property.

Spacious & Close to the Beach

This home felt like HOME. We litarally didn’t need to bring anything from home except food. We had dishes, pots/pans, silverware etc. all right there. Towels for showering. Washer & Dryer. Everyone had a space and their own bed. Loved that there was an outdoor shower for when we came back from the beach. Patio made for some real nice shaded outdoor sitting. We’d love to visit again.

Great chill location

Our group (4 adults and 6 boys 8-18) really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for all of us. Parents stayed on the bottom floor and shared the big bathroom (we loved that the sinks were separate from the toilet/shower area), kids and teenagers were upstairs. It was a nice set up. If you’re looking for a house in a location that is not in a super busy part of Galveston, this is your place…quick walk to the beach and beautiful views.

Beach Getaway

The property is exactly as pictured with just a few normal wear and tear items. We had 8 adults, 3 teenagers and 1 6 year old. We were very comfortable in this beautifully decorated house. I contacted the owner upon arrival on a minor issue, she responded immediately and rectified as immediately. Really appreciated her quick response and attentiveness to our needs. Not only was the house beautiful and comfortable but it was like we had our own private beach and definitely cleaner. We stayed 8 days and the whole time the beach was not crowded and appeared to accommodate the houses in that area only. We loved it and look forward to our next stay.

Not worthy of cost

Could not enter property opon arrival, door lock did not work.Downstairs AC unit didnot work, repaired on last day . Clothes dryer did not work while we were there.

An Idyllic Beach Home with Spectacular Views and Exceptional Amenities

Our experience was absolutely fantastic. The beach home exceeded our expectations – it was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all the amenities one could hope for. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, pots, and pans, making meal prep a breeze. The shower was stocked with generous amounts of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The beds were luxuriously comfortable, and the linens were of the highest quality. But what really made our stay exceptional was the attention to detail. It was clear that the owners had gone above and beyond to make sure their guests had everything they could possibly need to make their stay as comfortable as possible. From the beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas to the assortment of beach toys, everything was thoughtfully provided. And let's not forget about the view from the balcony. It was simply breathtaking. Being able to wake up every morning to the sight of the ocean was a truly unforgettable experience. Overall, we had an incredible time, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you to the owners for making our stay so wonderful.

Spring break stay

Overall very nice stay. Minor things like hot pads and hap hazzard pots and pans. The lift did not work but was not listed on the listing. House very clean, good location, appointments were nice. Great balcony. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Two thermostats kept the house comfortable. management was very responsive.

The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. We will send a personalized door code. Check-in anytime after 4pm. Check out is 11 am CST.

★ INTERNET/TV:
High-Speed Wireless Internet
Smart TVs in the living room and two of the bedrooms.

★ BEDROOMS:
There are 5 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 12 people.
Bedroom 1 - King bed with en suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 - Full bedroom
Bedroom 3 & 4 - Each with a queen bed
Bedroom 5 - Twin-on-twin and full-on-full bunk beds

★ KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils and drip Keurig coffee maker.

★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including coffee, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. Sheets, towels, pillows and linen are provided.

★ SECURITY:
Ring security camera atop the garage overlooking the parking area.
No indoor cameras.

★ PETS:
NO PETS allowed due to homeowners severe allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $300 and asked to leave.

★ PARTIES:
Absolutely NO parties allowed. You will be asked to leave if throwing a party.

★ SMOKING:
Absolutely NO smoking indoors.

★ REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Do not expect food delivery in our area. Don't forget your groceries, we have a few restaurants close by (The pointe only for pick up, Sea Isle Marina, Nate's and Mario's pizza in Jamaica beach).

Galveston is a tropical island and home to insects (especially after rain ). Mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, ants, snakes, crabs, live in the protected sand dune and even though we try our best to keep the lot treated against them, you may have your encounters with nature. This is not a reason to cancel the rental agreement.
