Modern Apartment Located in the Beautiful Groves Area

1 BR/BA apartment attached to primary residence. Complete privacy with private courtyard. We recently added this addition to our home completely modern with new decor. Full size kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and king size bed with walk-in closet and full size stackable washer/dryer. Living room has a sofa bed. Apartment sleeps up to 4. Rental comes with parking in wrap around driveway. Conveniently located in the Groves area of Mesa, AZ. Location is close to Falcon Field, Mesa Riverview, Tempe Town Lake, and Great Freeway Access to Downtown PHX.

Nice place and quiet. Some old style airplanes fly a bit above the Urbana and orange groves. Good location for East Mesa. Ac,kitchen and host were all great. All the stuff of home. Even inspirational art.The bed is for tall people but very comfortable and supportive.

They have all of the amenities you could think of, so clean (and I’m picky), washer/dryer, great location & neighborhood. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Very clean. Huge kitchen, large bedroom and large bathroom, excellent walk in shower. 4bar phone signal. Good parking. Easily sleep 4 adults. Good location for central Mesa. Concerns, the 1 bed is very elevated, not easy for me to get into, a senior with bad knee. The table and 2 chairs is not really good for more than 1 person. Highly recommend for a single or couple.

Great stay!

This is our third time staying at this location. Everything was excellent as always. It works great for when we visit our kids and grandkids.

Perfect Location

Perfect location in a well manicured quiet neighborhood. The apartment was very nice with privacy and a very safe neighborhood. Will definitely be staying at this property next time I’m in the Mesa area.

Lovely!

Property is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Apartment is nicely furnished. Mattress is too die for!! I noticed there were stains on stove-we did not use stove. I have a glass top at home and use Weimar Glass Cook Top cleaner-perhaps you could use the same, clean stove and then leave cleaner in apartment for renters to clean stove as needed.

Nice Apartment!

We enjoyed a couple nights at this apartment in the Groves Area. Perfect size for 2 people. Clean and convenient to restaurants and visiting the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.

Perfect For Us

We needed a home base from which to golf, hike, and dine. This was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it had a comfy bed, a full kitchen, and laundry so we didn't have to pack a bunch of clothes to change into when we got sweaty from outdoor activities. Stopped at the grocery store to pick up breakfast necessities. Loved that the apartment is located between the Superstition Mountains (Lost Dutchman State Park) and the Desert Botanical Garden. Could have easily visited South Mountain, Camelback, or Piestewa if we had the ability to stay longer. Thanks for hosting us!

Spring training with friends

We spent three days at the apartment and found it to be everything it was advertised. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. All new appliances. Clean, well appointed, comfortable, well supplied.

Beautiful property in a great Phoenix area location. Very comfortable and quiet; excellent communication with the owner. I will certainly check to see if the apartment is available when I visit Phoenix in the future.

Delivers -what you see is what you get!

Lots of attention to detail, small incidentals such as salt and pepper, sugar for coffee, coffee to start you off, enough paper supplies and such. Very clean and in excellent condition!

Hiking getaway

Good location for getting to multiple areas , quiet neighborhood. We were able to borrow a couple coolers which was helpful to be able to stay out all day.

the place was perfect for us! it was not only clean but also updated and had everything we needed. The pictures are very true to the actual enviroment. Check in was easy, parking was great and the host kept us updated on everything we needed to know. If you need a place in Mesa look no further than this Staceyis it!

Beautiful apt

Very beautiful apt. Clean and new. Washer and dryer in unit. Laundry soap and dryer sheets complimentary. Bed comfortable, but high and difficult to get into with out using furnished step. Bathroom was very nice.
