My place is an entire private small one bedroom apartment that only the guests have use of. Pet friendly.
Located in a historic Victorian house in downtown Mobile, DeTonti Square District. NOVA EXPRESSO coffee shop just around the corner. Just blocks from popular Dauphin Street Downtown, walking distance. Many wonderful restaurants and clubs.
This apartment has recently been completely renovated with modern amenities like central air & heat, washer/dryer, new appliances. Very much like a high end condo with artwork and some antiques.

One of the Best Vrbo's I've ever stayed in. Just perfect with lots of art, personality and modern amenities in a charming, historic home. Book if you can!

Communication was good on our stay. Location was okay but a little uneasy with all of the homeless on the street and some places abandoned or not maintained. Glad my husband was with me. I know the building is old however I feel it could have been much cleaner. Drawers had crumbs in them and other places had a lot of dust. The bed also sinks in the middle with 2 people in it.

Absolutely beautiful little space within 10 minute walk of everything there is to enjoy in Mobile. Would definitely stay again on a return trip. Hidden gem!

The Victoria House was perfect! I'm not kidding the location, the neighborhood grocery, the neighborhood bakery, and coffee shop all less than 5min walk. I was in town for the MEGA Conference and loved my stay at the Victoria House. I parked my car on the street, got a 3 day unlimited LIME pass, 12 BTW and had full access to downtown Mobile. The house was clean, easy to access, and the host was very responsive. Don't give it a second thought . . . STAY at the Victoria House.

What a lovely little hideaway!

We had a wonderful time staying at Ken’s beautiful and unique property. This location is so quiet, but also so close to everything. We will stay with Ken again on our next visit to Mobile.

Quaint downtown location!

This spot was clean and perfect for a short stay! The area was quiet and we were able to take our dog out on a leash easily. Would stay here again!

We had a good time staying here. It's within walking distance to Dauphin Street shopping and restaurants and has easy access to anywhere else you would want to go.

The home was warm and cozy and had everything you need. It was in walking distance to great bars and places to eat, plus near to the Saueger Theater. Very quiet neighborhood.

We've stayed at this property before and came back because it's perfectly situated to visit the city and the surroundings. The accommodations are secure with off street parking and easy access. We'll be back!
