Very comfortable place to stay in great location in Mobile. Got to have a taste of the past as it was built in 1856. Charming with all the modern features. Host was very attentive.

If my family has to stay in Mobile again, this would be our first choice location. It felt like it was our home, the decor was spot on and my 10 year old grandson had to be pried out of his top floor man cave.Sitting on the porch at any time of day was a serene experience. It felt more like an island retreat than a cottage near downtown anywhere. The best VRBO experience for any of us.

Thanks for your kind words and comments. We appreciate you as a guest and highly recommend you to all future hosts. Unfortunately, when I posted your review, a star dropped out of the 5 stars and dropped overall impression to four. This guest is definitely a five star guest in every category and I apologize that the review posted missing the fifth star. They are an exemplary member of the VRBO community and no one could ask for better guests.

We had a great weekend visiting Mobile and the location of this home was perfect for what we were looking to do. Downtown was in walking distance and the neighborhood bar/grill was just a block away. The house was clean and well equipped which is always nice! The host was easy to communicate with and certainly accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

We were pleasantly surprised at how quaint this little cottage was and the location!!! Surrounded by other historic cottages, we enjoyed our morning coffee while swinging on the front porch. It seemed like a nice community of locals who were very friendly! The house itself was not lacking in anything. The hosts practically thought of everything that you could think of to make it a comfortable stay! I appreciated the thoughtfulness of these accommodations to make you feel right at home. We will definitely be back!
