Come enjoy the peace and relaxation! Sleep in quietly or wake up early and enjoy your morning coffee on the private dock. Maybe fish a little and catch your lunch or evening meal! Or if you’re not a morning person enjoy your favorite beverages on the dock later, or on the patio on those cool evenings. Grill your favorites on the grill in the gazebo overlooking the River. The house is located a short distance from the small town of Pangburn, AR on the banks of the Little Red River. Approximately 15-20 miles from larger towns, if you need that. This popular Ozark Mountain tail-water trout stream is beautiful in its own special way, running clear and cold, skirted by hillsides alive with wildlife – otters, raccoons, deer, ducks, blue heron, and eagles. Plenty of nearby activities such as Greer's Ferry Lake, to fill your adventurous side, or just kick back and relax! Please note that the walkway to the dock is not user friendly for small children or the elderly. Please use caution!There is a ring doorbell/camera and a driveway camera only outside for security purposes.

House was clean, rooms had comfortable beds, it was perfect for a family getaway from the city. The dock was nice for fishing & having coffee in the mornings.

Clean house. Had everything we needed. Caught a few fish from the private dock. Very relaxing. Only concern would be the pathway to the dock. It could be dangerous for young children or elderly adults. Would consider going again.

Lovely home for our family gathering over the Thanksgiving holiday. The property is beautiful! The ping pong table was a huge hit! Jack was extremely helpful. Would stay here again!

Great Place

We had a great stay. The house and property were lovely. Felt like we were at home. Fishing was great from the dock. Definitely will come again.

A beautiful place

My family and I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home. With the ping pong table upstairs, the game room downstairs plus the beautiful gazebo people of all ages had a place to hang out, visit with each other and just relax

Perfect House

Our family had the best stay at this home located right on the Little Red River! The grandkids loved fishing. The home is spacious, clean and provided with all the essentials you will need plus more!

We are easy to work with and will always allow for early check-in when we can (depending on other bookings). Sorry, but we do not allow (even our own) pets on the property. We are truly just regular people who love the outdoors and enjoy having the opportunity to offer you the use of our home, thus allowing you to create memories for you and you family! We strive to answer any questions that you may have-prior to, during, and after your stay.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We are Native Arkansans, and we have grown to love the Little Red River. We were raised in the nearby communities and this has became one of our favorite locations to visit. The neighborhood where the house is located is very quite and peaceful. It has a local ordinance on quite hours and there is very little traffic. We found that we frequented the area often, so why not have a way to share our experiences with others? You'll be hooked once you experience that first cup of coffee on the dock with the foggy morning mist floating on the river!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Outside security cameras located for the driveway/front porch entrance and a Ring front doorbell is also installed as a security device. There is also a safe room in the garage in the event of severe weather. Our house is well-kept, and cleaned in between every stay using current guidelines. All of the normal appliances and kitchen utensil needs are supplied. A propane grill is also available for your use. Linens and towels are included too. There is also a gazebo on the property. The private dock on the river is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the outdoors!
