Very Comfortable Stay

This house was tastefully done, extremely comfortable, spacious and accommodated our family of five well. The home was well equipped and nicely furnished. We loved the pool and tropical feel of the back yard. Our older kids enjoyed biking to the beaches in which there were two great options close by. Neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking. Close to restaurants and a Walmart. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great house, convenient location, excellent communication

I stayed at this property for a week with my husband, parents, adult daughter, and 10 year old. It was perfect for our group, very spacious, well stocked, and comfortable. The property has 3 bedrooms with plenty of dresser and closet space. The beds are comfortable, plenty of extra linens and blankets, and plenty of outlets in each room near the beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a spacious walk in shower only, the other with a tub/shower combo. One bathroom is part of the master suite, which also has a walk in closet large enough it could be a bedroom for kids. There are two self inflating air mattresses in the closet for extra beds if needed. The kitchen is well appointed with anything you could need to make a great family style meal. There are enough plates and cups for a big group, plus a dishwasher to make clean up easy. There is a supply of coffee, teas, and various seasonings, as well as laundry soaps, hand soaps, and other basic household items. The patio and pool area is nice. The pool is not huge, but we had a 10 year old floating around on a pool float while 2-3 adults were wading. The waterfall is a nice extra, and there is a bench located on that end oof the pool for sitting and relaxing. The whole pool and patio is covered by a lanai which was great, we didn't have any bugs bothering us even though we spent every evening in the pool. One things I do want to note, the pool is solar heated which means when the sun goes down the pool stops heating the water. This is fine during warmer months but I imagine the pool gets pretty cool in the winter, we could definitely tell a difference by 10pm in March. The property has 6 folding camp style chairs you can take to the beach, which is less than 1 mile away, and a small backpack style cooler. He had a couple tiny hiccups while staying, for example we couldn't get the dryer to start. Communication with the property manager was exceptional, I messaged the manager about the dryer and less than 15 minutes later maintenance was there to look at it. We also some some difficulties with the combo lock not always opening right away but we started taking the garage door opener with us in our car and used the garage door for entry with no problems. Overall everyone in our group was very happy with our stay. I would highly recommend this property for families or groups.
