The fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, air conditioning, and free WiFi ensure a seamless stay, while thoughtful touches like beach gear, towels, and a hot tub elevate your Hawaiian experience. Explore endless activities from snorkeling and golfing to whale watching and cycling right from this prime Big Island location. Mauna Lani Terrace L102 is located in Building L at the Mauna Lani Terrace complex in the Mauna Lani Beach Resort.

MAUNA LANI BEACH CLUB PASS: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
PLEASE NOTE: There are stairs to that lead down to the front door access to unit L102. Once in the unit, it is all on one level.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
TELEVISION: TV'S located in Living Room, Primary Bedroom and Guest Bedroom
PARKING: Parking for one car in a reserved stall. One additional car allowed with parking on a first come, first serve basis. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

Perfect Location with 5 Minute Walk to the Beach. Beautiful Garden. Beautiful kitchen with everything we need. We love it. We will be back again next year. Please fix the knobs for the showers in both bathrooms. They are hard to turn for cold or hot water in one bathroom and water is only partially going to the shower head . The other half leaks to drain. Thank you.

The unit is newly renovated and very solidly built; no noise from any adjacent units. The standout amenity is the hot waterfall hot pool at the pool area. It’s amazing and worth the stay in itself. After snorkeling all afternoon, it’s a treat! The outdoor lanai grill area is perfect. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I’d stay here again, no question. Terrific value! The included beach club passes are terrific. And, it’s 1 min to the local market where they have prepared marinated foods for the grill. Terrific stay.

Amazing location and gorgeous view from lanai.

Property was just as listed. Location was perfect and the beach club access was a wonderful bonus. Grounds, pool, views from the lanai were all breathtaking. Close access to shops. Perfect for our stay.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient!

Had a great stay overall. Very comfortable and quick walk to pool, hotel, and beach club. Kitchen has the basics, making cooking simple meals a breeze. Had a great time overall.

Great location in a comfy 2BR

This two bedroom property came well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well appointed with anything you need for cooking in the closets contained all you need to relax and enjoy the beach. Great property!

Perfect location for Hawaiian visit

The condo worked perfect for us. Lots of convenient places to eat. The beach club area is fantastic for snorkeling and catching some rays. Beautiful sunsets. Great trails for walking through the gardens or along the beach. Condo had everything we needed.

Great location, very quiet

We enjoyed a lovely week at Mauna Lani Terrace. This unit is quiet and clean, and supremely well located. Quick walk to the Mauna Lani Beach Club, or over to the hotel. The Terrace pool & hot tub were also convenient. Would absolutely return.

Life in paradise

The Mauna Lani property and beach club are lovely. Native fish ponds with birds, fish, reflecting the pastel sunset. Private beach, clean and quiet with ample free loungers and cabanas. Adjacent resort with lovely first rate fine dining, outdoor fire pits. So lovely.

Wonderful property

The condominium was well appointed, relatively clean and the maintenance staff very responsive. The entire Mauna Lani complex is beautifully maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay in the Terraces which is within walking distance of delicious restaurants and breathtaking waterfront and beach.

Hawaii Bliss

I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 8. Great location as it is within easy walking distance to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and to the Mauna Lani where we ate dinner a couple of nights. Love the Shoreline walk and easy access also to the grocery store. Definitely recommend!

Lavaman Triathalon and Engagemen

Such a beautiful home in a great spot that my son decided to ask his girlfriend to marry him while we were there. He competed in the Lavaman triathlon so the beach access was perfect for training.
