Plus, our keyless entry and doorbell camera ensure your safety in our newly renovated space. Please note that we do not allow any parties or gatherings of any kind.

Our space has been recently renovated with all new cozy furniture to meet all your needs during your stay. We're sure you'll create wonderful memories in our space, whether you're taking lots of pictures or having intimate dinners with a luxurious feel. Our area has a walking score of 70, transit score of 62, and bike score of 69. We welcome you with warm hospitality and invite you to book our place today for a high-end experience ready for you to show off on your vacation.

Guest access is easy with our same-day instructions sent to your inbox on the day of your arrival. Our unit has keyless entry for your convenience.

Cute house, safe, close to downtown

We stay in a lot of vacation rentals as we prefer the space and comfort of a home when traveling and we prefer to cook many of our own meals. We chose this home due to 3 bedrooms, location (close to downtown) and cleanliness/appearance. It definitely met those expectations. The home is very attractive, the remodel and decorations are very cute. The character and woodwork in the house is charming. The location was convenient and easy to access with plenty of street parking right out front. There is a large Kroger chain grocery store nearby. Check-in process was easy, electronic door code provided. We felt very safe here and the host was responsive. The house is missing, though, some of the essentials I have come to expect in a vacation rental home: kitchen knives, hand towels in the bathrooms, more than one meal’s worth of dishes and silverware for a family of 4, kitchen towels, kitchen sponge. I ended up purchasing several items (kitchen tools, towels, knives, etc.) to improve our stay, some I’ve left behind and donated to the home. The couch is incredibly uncomfortable as the sections separate and slide when you sit on them and the feather back pillows squish flat so you’re resting on the corner of the wood frame. The bunk bed makes terrible squeaking noise with any movement. Overall, the house met our needs however the guest comfort could be improved by providing more of the small things and a rug under the couch to prevent sliding.

Enjoyed our short stay.

Overall we enjoyed our short day. The things we liked and/or would improve: Liked: Close to the sites and activities we were in the area to enjoy. Reserved parking slab in back to park our vehicle. Mostly quiet area/neighborhood Enough room for our family of 4 Host was quick to respond if we had a question and also notified us of possible internet/tv outage in area, although we were out at the time so did not apply to us These are not negatives but just things to note: Signs are posted in house about keeping noise levels down. We certainly tried to be considerate of neighbors but each morning we were awaken before 7am by neighbor sitting outside on porch talking loudly on cell phone. The house was overall clean. There were plenty of different soaps, shampoos, etc but more bath towels for larger groups would be nice. Communication was great during our stay, other than a small hiccup with not receiving our check in details,.but that was quickly resolved before our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The location was close to what we were in town to see.

Manifest That Ish

I had a Manifest that ish event. With a few friends where we talked about goals and made vision boards etc. the place was perfect and looked like the pictures. The area was nice, and the host was very sweet and communicated very well and responded back quick as well. I would definitely use this space again.

Great Stay!

We had a group of 6 that stayed here for a weekend getaway in Chicago. The property was in a great location - it took us 10 minutes to get downtown and about 20 to Wrigleyville. It was clean and luxurious, it had all of the amenities you could ask for, and the check in process was super simple. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay, the home was exactly as listed. It was very clean and had all the amenities there that we needed. The host was very quick with communication as well. Check in was quick and easy.
