Rest and Relax in a home away from home. Equipped with many perks, such as towels, air fryer, toiletries, and much more! This is an upstairs apartment unit. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, FREE PARKING! Anything we can do to accommodate you! This property is located on the south side of Chicago. It is in the process of gentrification and rebuilding of the greater grand crossing neighborhood. Come see the renewal and rebuilding of the greater grand crossing neighborhood. The block is a quiet one. There is a lot of food selections around. One of my favorites is the barbecue spot a few blocks away. Also Hyde park is about 5 mins away by car. It’s filled with many restaurants stores and nice scenery.

The Unit Was Clean And Very Spacious My Only Downside Was The Area Felt A Little Unsafe. Wasn’t Far From The City Close To Everything We Wanted To Do On Our Trip.

I enjoyed our stay. Space was clean. It was nice that we each had our own room for four people. The fridge had ice and filtered water which was great. Do be aware that the unit is upstairs so you have to be able to carry luggage up stairs. We used ride shares mostly to get down town and back. We walked about 20-25 minutes to the train one day during the afternoon.

The area and the apartment were pretty good! We were pretty close to everything we wanted to be. Found some not so ideal cleanliness issues throughout our stay, including some interesting stains on the sheets. Other than that, no other complaints.

I can't recommend it enough! The communication with the host was excellent throughout my stay. They were accommodating and even allowed me to stay an extra hour, which made my departure much easier. The location was perfect, and the amenities were just as described. I will definitely be returning to this rental on my next visit to Chicago!

The area was not the best. You may want to stay on the other side of town if you’re not traveling with protection. It was only one TV (4 bedrooms). There was not enough linen for my party, so we had to buy some after we arrived. The pictures make the house look a lot better than what it is.

House is neat. Common amenities are few. Neighborhood was quieter than we expected. Plenty of room in the house. No eating area or table. Overall, it suited most of our needs.

Clean room, worn beds that creak a lot. Quiet neighborhood on the South Side. Theres nothing provide in the kitchen or bathrooms except the appliances and very little silverware as well as towels. Plan to buy toilet paper, paper towels, and buy plastic or disposable utensils. I also plan to grocery shop at one of the three Aldi stores nearby. The house has no views, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Basement felt a bit sketchy for laundry so I rarley felt content. The property served its basic necessities. Thank you!

Host is communication efficiently and the unit is comfortable.

My friends loved this unit as it is spacious enough for 8 people. The living room is small but good for movie night or so. The only drawback is the neighborhood that is dark and felt unsafe at times.

Convenient to the highway

Steep stairs to roomy 2nd floor apartment. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Not enough towels for the number of people we registered. Little things like 2-ply toilet paper and mirrors in the bedrooms, since there’s only one bathroom, would make this a nicer stay. Overall, best value I could find in the city.

0/100 I wouldn’t recommend. Area is sketchy didn’t say it’s an upstairs apartment. Downstairs neighbors are ghetto sit on the porch and leave main door open. So up the stairs is scary feel like you going to fall through them. Make you look for the light switch for the stairs because it won’t be on for you. Lay out cool 4 bedrooms 4 beds living room with the only tv. One bathroom little kitchen. Back door leads to a lil hot sitting area also sketchy. Iron no ironing board. Bathroom ceiling leaks. When you in the shower it squeaks feel like you are going to fall through. Bedroom floor tile is cracked up when you walk into the room. Mattress is leaning one side is higher than the other. WiFi is trash. Had to go buy toilet paper. Bring your own towel their towels are not clean. No kitchen towels had to use a bath towel to get stuff out the oven. Need new pots and pans. Questionable stains on the sheets
