Check in was a breeze. The condo had everything we could have wanted. Easy access to the beach. What was really nice is the shopping carts and luggage racks in the parking garage. The unit was cleaned.. the only complaint we had was the oven. We could have used some instructions on how to use it.

My birthday weekend.

Location was perfect, view from balcony seeing the ocean and listening to the waves was so serene. Very nice unit at 8-G, well stocked, could have used a few more towels with 7 of us. But it was a great stay!!

I loved the room, however, you should be able to get more than 2 passes for parking. Especially when you have 3 families in a 3 bedroom

Over the experience wasn’t to bad great location and great house only thing I seen i was disappointed with was we had found a kids hat then in the carpet area in one of the bedrooms there was earrings in the carpet and areas of the hard surface was gritty like sand and then in the middle of the week we found out the refrigerator wasn’t a self defrosting refrigerator and got my pizza nasty and balcony could’ve been cleaner the lighting was not the greatest but managed there was some small things that could of been fixed like blinds Now onto the great part wonderful time with the response from management and maintenance no matter what hour it was they still answered also the location of the building was wonderful as well and the best part was the pool was great temperature and clean and the kiddie pool was the same the hot tub wasn’t working til Thursday and then it was cold again on Friday afternoon so not sure what happened there loved the fact there was an area of the place to keep pool items and clean ur feet before getting back and further between the pool and beach location of stores and things to do was awesome and there was a band on Thursday nights wifi and cable good had 2 grills that was awesome parking wasn’t too bad

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First arrived very hot 80% avinualy it cooled down to 73 when the sun went down. The future was outdated very uncomfortable and mattresses on the beds were very hard didn't get much rest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented the property for three months but was not made aware there was going to be work being done on building for the first two months which included a lot of loud drilling noises during the day. Once the work concluded the property was much more enjoyable. The view from the large deck 1/2 covered, 1/2 uncovered were amazing. Don't want to sugar coat it for those who are squeemish. The HOA does monthly pest control sprayings of the property. Each month I'd have to remove 3-5 dead roaches from the property. To me that is semi expected from an older property on the beach so it didn't have an affect on my rating of the property.
