We loved the property. The area was beautiful and cabin was spacious. We had an amazing time. The only thing I would say be mindful of is apparently there is a large dog in the area that loves to drop land mines at the base of the stairs.

Mystic woodlands lodge is beautiful cabin very quiet love the peaceful area we saw baby deerRight outside the front beautiful always happy to come back every year with my family Mad Jack's mountain top bbq best place for lunch or even if you hungry delicious ,near bye trials awsome.

Great family getaway home!

The home is huge and is perfect for a large family trip! The owners were very attentive during the days prior and throughout the whole weekend! I highly recommend booking

Secluded Getaway!!

The home was wonderful, and everything we could have hoped for!! The biggest surprise was the location - Nestled in between the mountains at the end of the road was a delight!!

Excellent Family Location

We've stayed in a few different locations in Cloudcroft over the years, and this has to be the best. For a family of 6 wanting something somewhat secluded, this was the perfect place. Even though there were house close by, the neighborhood was extra quiet. We will hopefully be back to this spot again soon!

Perfect fit

Beautiful location for our family to stay for the wedding of friends nearby! Very spacious and quiet. Teenagers enjoyed the variety of things to do at the lodge. You won’t be disappointed if you select Mystic Woodlands Lodge!

Peaceful

Very beautiful house, in a great and quiet neighborhood, so relaxing and peaceful. It was fun, its still really pretty in cloudcroft. Didnt see much wildlife was the only downside, and the kingsize bed did not sleep comfortably, it was wore out on one side really bad.

The cabin was beautiful, very quiet and peaceful, some of the written rules on the fridge conflict with some of the rules that were e-mailed by owner, no big problem, just an oversight. Deserves a 5.

My first experience.

I was a little nervous to rent someone else’s home at first. They made this entire process as smooth as possible. I knew what to expect from the beginning. This property is as gorgeous as the pictures. They had lots of amenities to make this experience very family oriented. My only bit of advice for the next renters is to take a screenshot of the internet password and door lock code prior to going to the house. When we pulled up, I thought I would be able to open my messages to retrieve the information but without internet access then I wasn’t able to. I had to drive into Cloudcroft so that I could get internet to retrieve the information. So silly on my part but I didn’t think about that until it was too late. This was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this property!!

Thank you for your super-helpful response. Taking a screenshot of the internet password and door lock code prior to going to the house is a great idea. By knowing the internet password when you arrive, you can login to the WiFi while standing at the door to retrieve all the information you received, but having that screenshot of the door code will allow you to go right in. Brilliant! Thank you!
