Charming, secluded 2-BD/2Bath house, with stargazing deck, near Cloudcroft

Nestled in Cloudcroft, this charming house offers up to 6 guests, 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and en suite bathroom, and the other with a queen bed in spacious loft; including a separate sitting/gaming area with views of the tree-tops. The 2 bathrooms feature a jetted bathtub and/or a shower. Additionally, there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra space. The open concept living-dining-kitchen area allows for creating family memories, and enjoying a relaxing fire in the soapstone stove. Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials, including basic seasonings. The large deck offers a relaxing outdoor space for taking in the sounds of nature, catching glimpses of wildlife passing by, spotting constellations overhead, and enjoying many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Experience what Cloudcroft has to offer with a stay at our delightful house, tucked in the tree-filled canyon, 9000ft above stress level.

By far the quietest place we have every stayed. Loved seeing all the Elk during our drive into the cabin every evening.

Wonderful Cabin!

My wife and I spent the weekend at this cabin and it was wonderful! Lots of wildlife in the surrounding area and we had multiple elk around the cabin. Great place to stay!

First, Nicole was awesome. She responded quickly and was extremely helpful.Second, her home was delightful. Everything was just as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of room inside. We enjoyed looking at the stars at night on the deck. Absolutely beautiful. Cloudcroft is a wonderful area to visit. We visited White Sands National Park staying for sunset. Lots of hiking trails. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything we needed was there. Millions of stars at night from the deck. Warm stove and heater To keep warm. Comfy beds. Really enjoyed our stay. Visited pistachio land, white sands, and toured the area.

Very pretty house and surrounding area. We liked the quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances needed to cook there. The decor was very Southwestern/Indian and pretty. The bed was very comfortable.

Everything You Need!

My husband and I spent five nights at this cabin. There wasn’t a thing that we needed that wasn’t there waiting for us. The elk were out in the late evenings and early mornings. We will definitely share the cabin with everyone heading that way. Comfortable and peaceful!

This was the perfect get away for us. The cabin was perfect. We sat out on the back deck for hours on end. Love the sound of wind through the pines and all the beautiful birds. We will definitely be back!

We were prepared and brought food from Lubbock to the cabin grocery stores limited to Ruidosa or Alamogordo. Very peacefully!
