Sits on corner lot directly adjacent to a private River Walk and bike trail. A 5 min walk, and you're at Detroit's famous Green Dot Stables for the best sliders in the city! Spend your date night downtown.

We had a lovely stay! The view is great. There is a lot of construction and street closures so it’s difficult to get to the parking. Other than that adventure, it was a seamless stay!

I was here for a concert and I enjoyed my stay here, I loved the decorations. I appreciate the help that the owner provided when I had trouble with the lock box at check in. I would definitely recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again.I also loved how close the location was to the arena. It was an overall amazing experience.

The loft exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well kept. Thank you for the bonus snacks and toiletries. The host was awesome. Offered immediate communication whenever needed. Will definitely recommend and consider booking again when back in town.

Beautiful loft. It was cozy and the view was wonderful. The host is kind enough to leave snacks, waters and bathroom essentials. Love the coat rack by the front door. The bed is extremely comfortable. I would stay here again. (Keep in mind that it is on the fourth floor. Lots of stairs.)

Pretty nice place only complaint is the room is so bright with the big window. If it had a something that you could cover that with would have been even more amazing.

The place was clean and host was responsive. Snacks and water provided, Cozy furniture. However, there were a lot of negatives. The loft where the bed was is not to code. There is no railing or wall. I could take a step off if I wanted to and fall 10-12ft . There was very little space to safely walk to the other side of the bed. My husband who is 5’9 touched the ceiling. There are a lot of places to hit your head on pipes or sprinklers. The air conditioning is not sufficient. The place was very hot with ac and fans running. I would not recommend staying here due to safety issues. You also probably want a car. The closest coffee shop is 1.5 miles away.

Thank you for your feedback and it is always welcome!! Please keep in mind the unit is EXACTLY as shown in the picture within our listing. Also, yes restaurants and things are roughly 1-2 miles away however there is a Keurig in the unit for use.

Nice loft in quiet area

The property was great located in a quiet part of town. We had easy access to Ubers. It was very cozy and comfortable. Beautiful view.

Great loft

It was really a great stay. Very close to downtown, host left amenities like snacks, water and soda. Host was very responsive and nice, plus its extremely close to some cool bars in cork town the casino and downtown. I would stay here again. The loft was comfy cozy and the view was very pretty.

I stayed for 3 nights in October. The view from the apartment was great. Good weather, quiet and clean place. Full sun in the afternoon. Access to Lime Scooters, or Uber was very easy. I enjoyed the stay and would return in the future. The host was quick to respond to my questions, and very nice.

Great place for a stop in Detroit

Came into Detroit for an event and this was a great spot to stay for the night. Host was very communicative and provided very clear instructions for arriving and leaving. The space was very clean, safe and comfortable.

Wonderful place

Great stay! For a over night! Beautiful view to Ambassador Bridge. Only one thing its on the 4th floor be ready for a good exercise. Overall very welcoming

Great spot!

Close to everything, great location, amazing view. You can sometimes hear neighbors’ music, but I liked everything they were playing- it’s a loft. Host super communicative and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay here! The view is stunning and access to downtown is walkable on a nice day. There are a lot of stairs in this building as an fyi but it wasn't the worst thing ever. And Jazimen gives great directions on how to find the room! My only concerns were there is no railing on the stairs or loft which can be intimidating at times but it is shown in the photos before you book, and the stairs can also be a little slick. Also if it rains, it might rain through the window a bit (perks of the old building). Very entertaining. The shower was amazing, great water pressure and you don't have to wait for it to get hot!
