We stayed here for a concert at Ford Field. It was close enough that we walked home after the concert (about 1.3 miles). Beds were comfortable and would stay here again.

The location is great if being centrally located is your priority, but the cleanliness was very disappointing.The kitchen surfaces were sticky with visible handprints, and the bathroom had mold, peeling paint on the bathtub, and a ceiling that was falling apart. The towels were extremely worn out, practically falling apart, and the toilet paper was almost transparent (photos attached ).

Great Stay!

Great spot to stay for the weekend. Great location and our host was very helpful when we needed a few extra towels. Would stay here again!

Unfortunately, the property was in TERRIBLE condition and I need a hot long shower after my stay. There were dirty wash towels left in the shower, which we couldn't even use because there was no hot water. There were no hand towels provided, the floors were extremely dirty, the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned out, and we even found toenail clippings on the couch while watching a movie.There was also an overwhelming chemical smell that appeared to be an attempt to mask cigarette and marijuana smoke. It was so unpleasant that my cousin decided not to stay. We couldn't properly ventilate the property because the windows had no screens. What else?? Ohhh also the appliances were filthy, the popcorn machine had dirty popcorn bags with no popcorn kernels. The list goes on and on. It had potential to nice, but not with this host. Overall, the cleanliness, odor, and lack of basic amenities made for a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. This was certainly not what we expected when booking the property.DO NOT STAY HERE.

Hassle Free Stay

The place was in a fun neighborhood with plenty of walkable spots to grab food/drink. Everything was as described and check in/out was easy.

Very quick stay. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive. The apartment itself could use a deep cleaning. Floors and baseboards were pretty filthy. However, the bed was clean and no bugs. Good location and for what we needed it was good.

The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and we loved the home theater. Pretty comfy spot for being that close to downtown. Would definitely stay there again

Quiet and comfortable,

We stayed here after a full day at the Detroit Institute of Art. It was quiet, the arcade games were a hit, and the comfy couch was great to unwind and relax with a movie after walking all day.

Very cool place, there is a little something for everyone. Love it and will absolutely be coming back and recommending to my friends and family.
