We really enjoyed our stay! Property was just as advertised and very clean. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay again if back in the area.

Great location to beach area (Jarvis beach was more private) and a wonderful coffee shop around the corner. Super clean and host was helpful in changing reservation. Easy peasy to locate and check in. Highly recommend. Thank you, Kwan!

This unit was a great fit for our party of 5 adults. We were visiting a student at Northwestern and the drive was about 12 minutes. We appreciated there was plenty of room to spread out and we didn't feel cramped. Be aware that the parking lot is very tight for a larger vehicle and street parking was available but not convenient. Also, you have 2 go up 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Overall a great stay and we would stay here again on future visits!

The apartment is in a quiet, shaded neighborhood. The exterior appearance of the building on the is in keeping with a well maintained apartment building from the early 20th century. Inside, the apartment has been tastefully remodeled. It is clean, well appointed for guests and very welcoming. There are several nice restaurants and taverns within 2 blocks of the building. Convenient access to train transportation. Mr. Kwan was very prompt in returning our request for assistance with a small issue. We definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again when visiting Chicago.

Real nice place

Very well kept and clean place with some nice attention to detail--shampoo in the shower, some pods and coffee for the coffee maker, some cooking provisions. Would definitely stay there again.

This apartment was in a great location to explore nearby universities with our high schooler. Taking an Uber to downtown was easy and a much cheaper option than trying to navigate traffic and parking with our own vehicle. The owner was very responsive with any questions I had before staying and I didn’t have any questions while there because he provided all the information we needed to know ahead of time. Everything was so thought out. We had the best weekend!

Vacation in Evanston/Rogers Park

My family and I stayed here for my granddaughter’s graduation from Loyola. It was convenient, clean, and had all the amenities that you could possibly wish for in a home.

We enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was perfect for 3 couples. We were in Chicago for a wedding reception and other activities. We could walk to a few restaurants and everything else was a short Lyft ride. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable!

Nice Apartment

This was a very nice apartment with a large updated kitchen and nice furniture. They had alot of nice extras like an espresso machine and phone charger.

Quick Chicago getaway

I had a quick bookstore shopping trip with my two college-aged kids. The apartment was spacious and light and a prefect location for us to explore. The off-street parking was definitely a plus. Kwan was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Definitely Would Go Again

The BNB host was fantastic about their directions on where to go and how to get i side through the gate and such. Clear, precise directions. The apartment was also just as the Host explained.

What a find!

This property was just about perfect in every way. The location was great, the condo was spotless, and we had everything we needed. We all commented that we wished we were there for a whole week and not just a weekend. The host also was very accommodating for slightly adjusted check-in and check-out times. Highly recommend!

Chicago has been my frequent vacation location in the last three years since my son started his medical residence here. I’ve tried different hotels and bnb’s, this is the best! Kwan was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The apartment was very clean and convenient. The free parking space was a stress reducer, especially in a nice neighborhood in Chicago. We loved everything in the unit. I Will definitely check back again for my next visit. Thank you for all your help!

Perfect place to visit family

This was a perfect apartment for me and my 2 adult children to visit my daughter and grandson who live close by. Spacious, comfortable, bright, and extremely clean, this property was ideal for us. Had everything we needed, well supplied. Parking space located directly in back made everything so much easier. Beds were large and comfy. Bathrooms very nice and modern. Highly recommend!

Great location, great host

Kwan was so helpful and quick to respond. The property is a great location to the beach and red line. We traveled with a teenager and toddler and both enjoyed their stay as much as we did! The property was clean. The kitchen is nicely labeled. Plenty of towels, great water pressure, very clean, comfortable and easy to feel like home away from home!

Incredible Value

The property was very clean and 30 minutes from downtown and all of the major attractions in town. I drive a huge vehicle so be ready to navigate tight quarters for parking in the rear. Overall better than expected.
