The Space:
Upon entering the home, you will feel immediately at ease as you are welcomed by the open-concept living area bathed in natural light, filtering through the floor-to-ceiling sliders that open up to an oversized patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The fully equipped chef's kitchen boasts high-end appliances, a large island with seating for up to 10 guests and is conveniently located next to a large dining table with seating for an additional 12 guests, ideal for both intimate meals or large gatherings. Step outside to your own private paradise - a spacious oceanfront deck where guests can enjoy alfresco dining while watching the dolphins play along the shoreline. The second level features one guest bedroom, with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor functions as a separate living space (perfect for group members who desire more privacy or have young ones) and features a spacious living area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen over Queen bunk bed. Getting Around:
Captiva village is very walkable and located just a few minutes walking distance from this home, so guests should feel at ease without a car while staying with us.

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to check in. The contents of this will be available immediately prior to booking in the form of an eSign agreement.

We are available as often as required but provide guests the space they desire to enjoy their vacation in privacy and tranquility
