A Wave From It All

Get away from it all in this 3 bedroom townhouse. Located less than 3 miles from Bethany Beach and 15 minutes from Ocean City. Perfect for a family or couples getaway. Enjoy the community pool and tennis courts, or explore all of the amazing restaurants in the area. This property comfortably sleeps 6. All three bathrooms were redone. Off seasons prices available message with questions.

There are two parking spots for the unit. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Wifi and smart tv, ready for you to stream any service.

There is a $160 cleaning fee.

Sheets and towels can be included for a $120 charge. If you want sheets and towels to be supplied please message me when you are booking. It includes a fitted and flat sheet for all four beds. Along with pillow covers. Six bath towels, three hand towels and three wash cloths.

Two dogs allowed, owner is required to notify if bringing a dog. There is an extra pet fee of $60.

Minimum age of renter is 25.

Excellent place to stay.

Excellent place to stay. Made us feel very welcome. Great place for pets. Plenty of yard and walking for dogs. Great owner and helps out with anything needed.

Had a great week and loved the pool. The coffee table was perfect for puzzles and games. Everyone in the complex was friendly and it was a great location. Beds were super comfy and everything about the condo was wonderful. Heather was an awesome host.

Quiet Neighborhood

A perfect location for walkers, only a hour walking or a 5 minute drive from the beach through very quiet neighborhood, a perfect way to start and end our days!

Nice location and spacious. We didn’t make use of the pool or tennis court, but it was nice that they were made available. Overall, the home was clean, though I do feel that it was obvious that the home was pet friendly- there was a lingering animal smell. The abundance of bathrooms was nice- with two guests we each had a bathroom to ourselves.

Cozy Beach Rental

Quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking especially for dogs. Location is super convenient to the pool. Everything was well stocked by the host including treats for the dog. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly. Be advised the steps to the upstairs are steep

Dog friendly and well maintained

We had a great weeklong day. We brought our dog along. The house was totally clean, great location, easy to walk the dog around. Close to the pool and tennis courts. It was stocked with things like some seasonings. Dog bowls for water and food. Heather was easy to communicate with and responded fast.

Clean, quiet, convenient!

House was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Pool is close, neighborhood is quiet, nice development to walk our dog, easy drive to beach and stores. Heather is quick to respond if you have a question. Would stay again!

Great House

Very clean and newly renovated. The property manager was great! We locked ourselves out of the condo and she was right over. Great family neighborhood. Very family and pet friendly! Kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed and the location was great for us. We will go definitely go back!

The place was lovely. It was conveniently located a short 10 minute drive to the beach. Heather is an amazing host and extremely accomodating. Anytime we had questions during our stay she responded extremely quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the memories!

Convenient Location & Considerate Host

A Wave From It All was thoughtfully appointed with great attention to detail.Every accommodation we needed was provided and readily at our fingertips.We stayed in the offseason:The neighborhood was very quiet and also conveniently close to it all. Bethany Beach was truly a 5 minute drive.Heather,our host, was communicative,considerate and responsive to all requests.I would happily book again.

Wonderful weekend Getaway!

My family & I really enjoyed our weekend stay at “a wave from it all”….We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, welcomed with a cute card & gift from the owner, Heather. The townhome is beautifully decorated in the coastal style! Heather was very quick in responding to all our questions prior to arriving & also during our stay. Location was fantastic! Less than 5 minute drive to the beach & boardwalk, & restaurants!! Townhome had everything we needed & more!! We would absolutely stay again!!!

Labor Day Weekend

The property was just as described, conveniently located to the pool, trash/recycling, stores, and the beach. The development was nice to walk around with dogs and family. The owner wrote a note to welcome us and provided dish towels and dog bowls/treats. Very thoughtful! The owner was very responsive in VRBO messaging before and after my stay. Luckily, I didn’t need to contact her during our stay. The keyless entry was very convenient. Very enjoyable weekend! Thank you Heather!
