Nice condo close to everything

Perfect place to stay for what we were looking for - a relaxing, quiet winter beach getaway. Grocery, restaurants and beach were all within driving distance.

Nice getaway

We were very happy with everything about our stay. We brought our dogs with us and it was a great neighborhood to walk them. We were there in December and the neighborhood was really quiet. Very pretty water views from different spots around the neighborhood. Since it was a corner unit there was lots of light coming in to the unit.

Clean and Conveniently Located

Check in instructions document was not functional so had to call owner to get in. She answered immediately. The condo was very clean. It was located right up the street from my family which was a bonus. Only thing I would say is in the winter you will need to expect to be cold until it warma up since the thermostat is set at 55. I am sensitove to the cold so this was not a great thing for me personally but also not the end of the world in the grand sceme of things.

Quick getaway

Great location for our needs, clean property. Funny arrival… GPS sent us to a location 45 minutes away in a gated community. Garehouse person let us in at 10:00 pm without blinking! GPS and my husband figured it out after 10 minutes of wandering around expensive townhouses and eventually got to the correct location. Key was where indicated and easily retrieved. Adventurous start to weekend! Thank you! We’d stay again.

Great location- dog friendly

Comfortable, Clean and Beautiful Condo

This condo was as clean, comfortable and as beautiful as the pictures show. We enjoyed our weekend as a family. It was a little further away from the Bethany boardwalk than I would like, but the community was beautiful and very peaceful and quiet. There are two grocery stores and a CVS near by. The owners are very kind and professional. Pam answered any questions that I had ahead of time. I messaged a thank you and let them know that we left and didn't get a response. Hopefully, everything was fine.

Great central location

This unit had a great central location, close to the pool and to the boat launch were we kayaked almost every day. We saw may deer and fawns every night from the deck. The owner was prompt in any inquiries we had before and during our stay. My niece and her daughter were on the sleeper sofa for the first night. It was not comfortable, so the second night they shared the twin in the front bedroom.

Family Beach Weekend

Perfect place for our family!! We enjoyed running, walking, and biking on all of the paths around the community and had a blast at the pool! Very convenient to stores/restaurants and only a few minutes from the beach!

Only good things

My husband and I stayed at Pam's place for our first beach trip of the year, and it was just about perfect. Her condo is in a great little community that includes a 9-hole golf course we've actually played before. We played a round while we were there and it was so nice to just grab our clubs and walk over. The condo is in an excellent location, too. Very close to the beach, restaurants, parks, etc. The community is very quiet, which was LOVELY. Each morning, we sat out on the balcony, enjoyed a cup of coffee, and listened to the birds. The space is very clean, and very well-maintained. The kitchen is well-stocked. There are also some games and puzzles in the living room TV stand. And the bed in the main room is very comfortable. My only recommendation is that, if you're going for a longer stay, bring some extra toilet paper. We were there 6 days and almost didn't have enough. But it's a minor thing. We've definitely added this to our list of favorite places.

Beautiful, clean, well equipped

Wonderful stay at a beautiful place. Only problem was weak Wi-Fi and overall cell signal around the whole area. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great beach getaway for family

A bit removed from the chaos, but not too far from the action. The location was pretty and quiet. Laundry in unit a plus! Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

Getaway at Ocean View

We had a fantastic short trip to the beach. We stayed here Friday-Sunday. The neighborhood was very nice, and the drive back to it was beautiful. Kind of like a hidden gem. The condo was very nice as well, the only things we would recommend would be cleaning a bit better (there was still hair in our bathtub and trash under the beds, as well as old food in the sink drain) and putting the dishes away (they were still in the dishwasher when we got there). Other than that, the place was super nice and we would stay there again!

The accommodations were very nice. The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. It was a great area for walking dogs and people were friendly. It was very peaceful and there are plenty of activities to do on the grounds such as golf, tennis and swimming.

We purchased our first unit in Bethany Bay in 2005 and began renting it in 2013. It was so successful we purchased this unit in 2014 so we can always rent one and stay in one, we love it so much!

Walk right out the front door and you are almost to the pool and right across from the golf course. Master bedroom and bath with king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 double and 1 twin bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Perfect for a family of 6 and welcoming to your dog as well. Just purchased in 2014 and all freshly painted with the colors of the sand and sea. Features new flooring and many updates. Well equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals or many great restaurants nearby.
