Enjoy a luxurious coastal getaway at the Inn by the Sea Unit 641. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit boasts 9-foot ceilings and stylish travertine tile floors, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Relax in the plush comfort of the bedrooms with soft carpeting and unwind in the tub in the master bathroom. The kitchen features sleek granite countertops and all modern stainless steel appliances, perfect for cooking up a delicious meal. Stay connected with cable and wifi and take advantage of the convenience of a utility room with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom offers a king bed and the second bedroom a queen, both providing a peaceful night's sleep. Step out onto the balcony and take in the stunning ocean view. Book your stay at the Inn by the Sea Unit 641 for an unforgettable beach vacation.
Welcome to our vacation property. We’re glad you chose us to visit for your getaway. Please take a few moments to review the white binder in the condo which shares, not only the condominium guidelines and rules, but an array of restaurants to dine and other local activities to be enjoyed by all.
During your stay we appreciate your cooperation with respect to thermostats keeping them at a comfortable level and keeping doors closed. In addition, we request all adults be vigilant in their supervision of children for safety and proper care of our condominiums. We have furnished these units nicely in anticipation of your pleasure, comfort and convenience. Please be sure all contents of the condo are returned to the unit if taken outdoors.
Please REFRAIN from taking glass outside the unit to the general areas & beach. The NO GLASS rule is strictly enforced, and will be held accountable if necessary. This is a safety issue.
The HOA has imposed fines to those disregarding general rules.
Some general rules & expectations:
NO PETS ALLOWED
Properly dispose of all trash at all times. Trash chutes are located on each floor, behind the wall, opposite the elevator
Brush grills down when finished
Rinse sand off under outside showers before swimming in pool
Read & observe the pool rules
Do not allow children to run on corridors, play in elevators nor use water balloons & such items which cause unnecessary trash
Nothing shall be thrown from balconies nor hung over railings
Music & TV volume shall be within reason
Return all carts to bottom floor after use
Do not place egg shells, seafood shells or potato peelings down disposal.
Food & beverages shall nor be consumed in bedrooms, nor on living furniture
CHECK OUT REQUIREMENTS:
Kindly strip bedding and begin laundering towels
Load & run dishwasher (do not leave food in pots, glassware, etc)
Empty refrigerator of unwanted items.
Turn off coffee pots & small appliances
Dispose of trash in chute
Put thermostat up to 76 (summer) on auto, turn off lights
Report any broken or malfunctioning items/issues
Leave keys & parking pass as instructed by rental agent
