Located in the small town of Hulbert, Michigan.

Our house is a two bedroom home that sleeps six inside the house along with two full bathrooms. Along with a rustic bunkhouse that will sleep an addition four people (electric only).

ORV/Snowmobile trail is located at the end of the driveway so head on out to the north to Paradise and Tahquamenon Falls, east to Strongs, Brimley, Sault St. Marie, South to Trout Lake, Brevort, Rexton and West to Newberry, Seney.

We have wild life that love to come and walk right up to to our back deck and front porch and just check things out.

Local attractions include Tahquamenon Falls, Whitefish Point, Sault St Marie, Newberry, Oswald's Bear Ranch, Trout Lake.

House sits on approximately 2 acres of lands and has plenty of room for parking of cars and trailers.

Those deer just live our yard you should see them in the winter. There are tons then.

Check in was so slick! Communication was good prior to visit…..did not contact during visit. Had some broken windows and shower door that I reported. Beautiful area! Great deck out the back!

If you have a fragrance sensitive this would not be a good fit. There are NO smoke detectors in the rustic cabin. Only one dish towel in the house unless you use the provided one per bathroom hand towel. Broken/cracked windows and blinds. I was thankful we stayed the least amount of time at this house on our family vacation. Communication with owners was slow when looking for items missing in the house. The actual location of the house was quiet and peaceful when we went, loved that about it. Overall it got the job done to make dinner and sleep but I won’t be rebooking.

We enjoyed our stay there: a comfortable bed and plenty of cookware. It's in the middle of nowhere but centrally located for the sights we wanted to see.

The property was in a very pretty, quiet area with a lot of cool wildlife but the home needs some updating. The front window was broken and taped as was the window on the front inside door. We were very put off by the extreme amount of outdoor cameras on the property that were not disclosed in the listing per the listing sites policies. The kitchen was very cluttered and hard to find anything- it appears to be a treasure trove of items left behind by others as there was even a random pack of ramen noodles in the cupboard, Additionally, I found it odd we had to do so much cleaning when checking out considering we paid a cleaning fee. The listing says the home sleeps 10 but that would only be possible if you had people sleeping on the couches.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. While we didn't spend a lot of time outdoors due to the wildfire smoke rolling in, the area was quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again.

Amazing place to get away!

This little house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Our kids had a great time. The property manager was very kind. The place was clean and very spacious.

Comfortable stay

Great property with rustic cabin. Comfortable check in process. Well placed to be able to make day trips to multiple locations of interest. Except bugs outside in the summer, everything else is great in this area.

We are a family of three and we love to go explore with our sxs and snowmobiles. We decided to get a house in Hulbert since we were spending so much time up here. So when we are not using it, we decided to rent it out to let other experience the fun the we experience here.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Hulbert is a place like no other. The deer and wildlife come right up to the yard and just look at you as you look at them. People in the UP are friendly and the area is just a nice quiet and relaxing with the ORV trail right at the end of the driveway.

Orv trail right at the end of the driveway. Its great because you in the winter you can see when the groomers come and groom the trails.
