Recently updated and ideally located, this deluxe condo sleeps up to 8 guests just a short walk from Park City Mountain’s Town Lift and historic Main Street. Start your day on the slopes, then stroll to Main Street for shopping, dining and nightlife. Park City’s free town shuttle makes it easy to explore Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and more.

One of the largest condos in the Town Pointe complex, this spacious property is ideal for a family or group. The expansive living room features two sitting areas, one with a 75" Smart TV and DVD player, and another gathered around a cozy gas-burning fireplace. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing meals, with a large dining table for 10 plus seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.

The main bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and en suite bath. Each of the other three spacious bedrooms has a queen bed, with one also featuring an en suite bathroom and Smart TV.

Additional amenities include a private hot tub (winter only), in-unit washer/dryer, free wireless Internet access, and underground parking with easy elevator access. Deluxe rating.

The property is beautiful and well located.

Easy check in and check out. a block and a half from the lift was awesome! And the best restaurants and shopping was all right there.

great location

Out for a ski trip with friends. This condo is 1 short block to the town lift and literally steps into town.

Near town lift

Older property that is generally clean. Park City Lodging was very responsive to all communication. I would stay there again if the price matched the accommodations.

Family friendly large space condo

This was perfect for our large family. The number of rooms was 4, but the space was large. We loved the afternoon sun and view of park city. Additionally the one block walk to town was very nice. There is a hidden creek/path in the background that’s great for running or walking to town as well.

This place was great! Beautiful condo and walking distance to restaurants, shops, ski rental and the town lift. We had 9 and everyone fit comfortably. Definitely would recommend!

Family get together

This was a beautiful condo that afforded everyone privacy and had a large space to get together. Kitchen was well stocked. Each of the 4 bedrooms had it's own bathroom and TV. Nice outdoor deck. This property is clearly intended for use by adults and so it was somewhat disappointing that there was only one parking space provided. Also, one day a serviceman entered the unit while my husband was alone and sleeping. This visit was not solicited by us, nor was it communicated to us. He said he was there to service the hot tub. My husband sent him away. This entry into the unit without our consent was not appropriate.

Dear Kathy, we are sincerely sorry for any disturbance or upset that the spa tech may have caused your family. Hot tubs MUST be serviced for health and safety reasons and we do add a note in our check in information that a spa tech will be coming in during the stay. They do knock and announce themselves but if no one hears them they will continue in to the property. Again, we apologize!

Great winter stay in downtown Park City

Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Bigger than even the pictures show. Everyone had their own bathroom/bedroom but a big common area to gather and spend time -- all on one level. Furnishings, bedding, kitchen all great. Location right at the base of Main Street made all night time activities walkable and gave easy access via the Town Lift. Would definitely stay here again (post-Covid so we could better enjoy town) and consider coming back with couples given the 4 big bedrooms.

Perfection

Beautiful and spacious, this property was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Situated just 1 1/2 blocks from the Town Lift and all the restaurants, we were able to access the mountain for maximum skiing time. Check in was a breeze and we were given a keyless entry code. Super clean and fresh, the living area was a grand open space with lots of cozy couches and comfy lounge chairs as well as an electric fireplace to warm us all as we enjoyed the view of the mountain and town. The kitchen was well equipped and each large bedrooms had comfortable beds and a roomy polished bathroom. All in all, perfection!
