Pam, Michelle & John were super accommodating. Place was well stocked, clean, walkable to everything (PC Resort, Old Town, Grocery store) plus the bus stop is steps away. Perfect for a group of 8 skiiers!

Everything was so clean and ready early which was so accommodating. The house was fully stocked with tons of supplies and kitchen had everything you could ask for. We enjoyed the hot tub post ski days. We highly recommend staying here and we plan to be back!

This was the second time we rented this house. The parking wea perfect, the home clean and comfortable. The new jacuzzi was enjoyed by some. The kitchen was clean and had what we needed to cook meals.

Nice place close to lifts

We enjoyed out stay at this nice property that is a few blocks from the lifts.

Great Property and Location

This is our second year in a row staying at this property. It is very clean and comfortable and very well laid out. We had two families—four adults and four kids ages 12,14,16 and 18. The property is a short walk to Park City Mountain resort and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and coffee shops on Main Street. The property management is very responsive. My friend left some items in a drawer in the bathroom and they mailed them to her, which I think is really excellent customer service!This is a very nice property and we hope to stay there again next year!

Great location and nice property

The house was very clean and comfortable. Communication was spectacular and the check-in process was flawless. Our host was very flexible and a pleasure to deal with.

Ski Weekend

The place was very nice, well stocked and clean. Great location, quick walk to Payday & Crescent lifts. We had an awesome weekend in Park City

Amazing location

Perfect location next to ski lifts and easily slept our group of 8. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and some supplies. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful ski location

We loved this property. It was perfect for two families. Great proximity to PCMR and very clean. Furnished tastefully and more than enough of all supplies we needed.

The pictures match the actual property in person. Pam was an excellent communicator and helpful! We loved the proximity to the slopes.

Very Nice Townhouse

We stayed for a long weekend skiing and the home is in a great location. Everything was clean and comfortable, had everything you need. Pam was easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again!

Comfy and convenient.

The house is centrally located in Park City. Easy to access activities, restaurants and businesses. We had 5 adults in our group and it was comfortable for hanging out, but also allowed for privacy. Would stay again.

Excellent Location, Very Accommodating Host

Our group of 8 had an excellent stay in February! Incredible location only a short walk to the lifts. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Pam was kind enough to not only let us check in early, but she also allowed us to store our bags in the garage after checkout while we spent the morning skiing. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for Old Town and Skiing!

We had a wonderful experience at the great Old Town location. The house was in great condition and well appointed. It's walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort base area as well as to downtown for shopping and dining. We will likey return!

Pam is a great host

While we had a number of (mostly small) issues during our stay, Pam was a very responsive and helpful host.

Michael - thank you for your review. I know we had two maintenance issues during your stay and I do apologize for that. We had the first item resolved on your first day and we are working now to remedy the second issue. I wish we could have earned that 5th star but understand. While the weather presented the maintenance issues, it sure was great snow for skiing! Hope you'll return next year. Pam

Park City February 2024

We had a fantastic time at Park City. The house is in a great location close to the mountain and Main street, it is modern and well equipped, check in and out was smooth and Pam was very responsive to our requests. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Hi, I'm sorry the hot tub wasn't working during your stay. I hope you let our onsite manager know right away so it could be repaired. We try to respond ASAP to all maintenance issues. This hot tub was just installed before this season so we had a larger spa for our guests. My apology for the inconvenience. Pam

Great house in a perfect location

Literally steps to the lifts and a blocks to downtown this place was perfect for skiing all day and walking to town for dinner and shopping. The unit was exactly as shown and very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was easy and friendly. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Very nice place in a sweet location.

Everything it was advertised to be. Short uphill walk to lifts. Short downhill walk to numerous bus routes. Perfect for Grandpa and Grandma in master bedroom, two adults in another bedroom and two kids (11 and 10) downstairs. The hot tub got a lot of use. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice bbq grill. All of use really liked it and would stay there again.
